Same issue with Pimax5K+. Did number of resets here and there. No idea what worked as there seems to be no consistency. I’ve only encountered this with dcs. OB in use.

Same problem with Pimax5k+, steamvr 1.1.4, no mods, latest dcs beta. No amount of SS or PD tweaking did anything. Complete machine/win10 restart fixed it, for now….

As these last days have been really frustrating with messed up controls, it just dawned on me! I've been trying to limit screentime for my kids, especially the severely addicting games like Minecraft. And I realized, I'm not following my own advice! There, I'm an addict. This sim is just so great and yes, addictive. When I was denied of my fix I got really frustrated and anctious to get in the vr skies. And mad for someone else messing up keybinds. So.... I need to get a life, so to speak. I think I'll go to my woodworking shop and do something creative and productive. Like finish my Hornet simpit :)

Hi Brun! Excellent man! A thousend thank yous. Well, 20 anyway :) I didn’t try with other software but with Aspire it was easy to resize and keep the ratio. Just take the zero and comma off from 0,178. I gather 178mm is the correct measurement?

I’ve totally resigned of doing all my keybindings over until a fix is published. Hotas, tm mfd’s, several button boxes, in all, almost a complete hornet pit. This announcement came as godsent. THANK YOU ED and SHAME ON YOU for not giving a heads up for people to guard against the ”update”. My support ticket on the matter came up totally useless. ”Don’t use beta” was the advice. Please!!!! Most servers I fly on, use beta. So no MP, is that it? I think mostly this has been an attitude problem, not merely a tecnical one. I totally understand the reason for consolidating the inputs for all modules. Also, it would be nice to have the same function to have the same name in all modules input screen. So that, for hypothetical example, Landing gear would be found under L, not G. If and when this default keybinding thing is implemented again, I would wery much for it to be an OPTION!!!!!!!!! I’m not a coder, far from it, but I doubt it wouldn’t be too hard to do. Well, family likes daddy not spending ANY time at all in dcs this weekend.

That’s just it! We had virtually no promotional material, no flags, banners, signs, etc. A tiny leaflet of DCS Finland of witch we ran out fast. Just a crowd, attracting more and more and....

Last weekend(June 16-17), there was a ”100th year Anniversary” airshow at Tikkakoski, Finland. Aircraft from biplane kites onwards were stretching their wings. To name a few, Christen Eagle, Fouga Magister, Draken, The Midnight Hawks FiAF display team, Hornet, Super Hornet, Grippen, Rafale and Typhoon were making terrific noise. F35 mockup(pit access) was there as well. FiAF is currently asking for bids for a replacement to the aging Hornets. Runners up are Grippen, Rafale, F35, Typhoon and SuperBug. An Expeditionary Force of DCS Finland was attending with a sim-booth in a corner of a tent. Armed with a DCS Hornet, Warthog Hotas and Vive Pro VR set. HUGE turnout!!! Needless to say, lots of kids but also mums and dads were lining up to have a go. Looks on some of their faces when they took of the headset....PRICELESS!!! Praising words also from FiAF cadets/active pilots and French Rafale display pilots. Again, thank you for the absolute best consumer flight sim in the world!

Hi! My 2 cents.... I’ve had and used them all and by far, the VivePro is the best. Allbeit, not perfect. The WAU! factor is built-in in all of them. After admiring the views for awhile, you start to look at instruments a litlle closer and with the others you have to really look CLOSER to read all of them. Off course the tiniest prints in M2000 still are unreadable. The cost for having the clarity with acceptable FPS is, you’ve got to have a very powerfull rig. If you want VR now and price is no object, go with VivePro. Or, get A second hand Rift and wait for price drop on VivePro. Rift2, Pimax8K should be available within a year. Waiting for my 8K :)

I must be missing something... I thought the doorgunner works already(of course not MP multiseat) in VR by just turning your head to sight the target. I thought it quite intuitive. Or then you must be talking about something else entirely?

GREAT IDEA! I, myself, was STRONGLY against this aircrafts addition to the DCS hangars but I think this could work. Yes, these kind of aircraft are twitchy and extremely sensitive by nature and not used for training IRL. In a sim, you crash, so what? You respawn and try again. AND HAVE SERIOUS FUN! Besides, as a two seater you always have ”an instructor” with you. Of course I know nothing of the programing hurdles this would take to implement but that’s not my job. Only to buy or not to buy. My 2c.

SERIOUSLY DISAPOINTED!!! But still, all the complaining is just shouting into the wind. All I can do is NOT buy this thing.

Same here but only in MP. All aircraft. Mouse only moves every 2-3 seconds or so. Problem disappears when airborne.

Also did the driver rollback and the ghosting was gone but... now it`s back intermittently. Not sure if the culprit is a win10-, nvidia or DCS-patch or combination of all these. High hopes for tomorrows game patch. The Harrier too :)

Regrettably same here. I installed latest updates yesterday for dcs stable, alfa and rift. I got terrible microstutters when in multiplayer server. SP works fine but... cockpit text readability is now zero in both MP and SP. I litterally have to put my nose to the gauge to read it. Also FPS dropped to 20-40 from 45-90. Rollback of nvidia driver to 388.00 solved the fps issue but stutters persist. The rift ASW works overtime, all the time now. Additionally, same problems with Vive. I`ve played around with the settings but to no avail. Now MP in VR is unusable. My rig: i7700 OC:d to 4.8, 1080ti, 32 gigs and 512gb m.2 for dcs.
