This worked, kinda. It still showing the cm3 throttle as the device chosen profile even after i load the custom profile. All 3 axis work now, but I don’t get the full motion from the hardware. My issue is windows and the virpil software will only recognize the collective stick is moving 27% with full motion of the actual stick. How do I fix. I have recalibrated several times.

Thank you sir. I’ll try and let you know.

I seem to have gotten it working. In the older software 118. But the newest software after I update the firmware wants to recognize it as a cm3 and will not load your profile. It is saying I have specify a base. This may be an issue with the newest software. anyway you could try and make a new profile with virpil latest software and see what I’m talking about? It’s very weird. maybe upload a latest profile using newest virpil software. if none of that works. What version board are you using so I can hard reset it? thanks for a great product and awesome support.

I made this mistake when moving to a new computer. Now only the z-axis responds. The bootloader is stuck using 200204. Now its is saying the profile is a 50cm3 throttle Please help. Update: using software 925, I can get it back to recognize as a collective and load the profile, but its asking for me to select a base. When i try to use latest software, it wants to upgrade firmware and then shows profile as cm3 and wont let me load collect profile.

Sorry for the revive, but how did you do this? -
I'd like to buy this damper kit. I already own your K51 collective and its been a great product. Thanks, Jason

Mine did this for the huey, I had to restart and run opentrack as admin. This fixed it.

Glad you are doing well. Thanks for the hard work.

I'm in for a set day 1. Even better if you get the desktop mount sorted, before release.

This is a great discussion. Besides the modes you have described, is there an autopilot for shooting approaches? Or do you need to trim in the aircraft and manually fly the approach with the help of each mode already discussed?
-
Yes the movement of the collective itself. Not hard at all. The knob is as loose as it can go.
-
@K-51 I have been using my collective a lot. The motion is becoming slightly sticky and jerky and less smooth. I have the retention knob as loose as it can go. Any advice for making it smoother or a certain lube I should be using? Thanks

Agreed, that is kinda what I was implying. It has a lot to be desired. It vaguely reflects the real thing.
-
Absolutely, if they added the 430 to the dash and few other modern options.

30 day follow up. Thank you again for an awesome affordable product. Working well and functioning perfectly. Sincerely, Reed

Whats the full travel of the collective. I am trying to set mine up now. I have the k-51, it has 55* of travel. I am trying to adjust so its as close to 1:1. right my saturation is set to 60%.

Just received mine today. Cheers and fantastic work.

Please add me back to the list. I’ve sent an email from our previous conversation and message. thank you.

I'd love a pic too.

Isn't there a way to change the size and vertical location of the ring of the NVG's, in DCS, to make looking under them a bit easier. IRL, I just position my NVG's to to top most setting and move them as close to my eyes as possible, thus allowing me alot more space to look underneath. I like the way the NVG's function in DCS, I jsut wish I could adjust the vertical location and size of the ring.

Where do I find the Huey one at so I can use this?

Several other modules have the NS430 hard mounted in the aircraft. The huey would benefit immensely. It's about time its added. Thank you

I already have a sounds folder in my saved games dcs folder (C:\Users\Jason Reed\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Sounds). The sub folder is called sounders for a different mod. Can I just copy the sub folders, effects/sdef, into that sounds folder?
