  1. Did the cokpit and systemupdate make it in or is it just the PFM that got updated since the segregate module release did not happen yet?
  2. No mention in the Changelog, too. Just PFM added...
  3. Ok…so let’s be patient with preordering :D I am totally in for a colectors edition
  4. Perhaps you should try to delete your metashaders folder with your next game update - sometimes those old files mess things up
  5. I would love to see some heavy Bombers in DCS but i would highly prefer a B-1B or a B-52 with some AI multicrew. And DCS-limitations are to be considered: As we all know there is an engine limitation in DCS because of which only a/c with 2 or less engines can be simulated in detail
  6. I am familiar with the process - thats why i asked ;)
  7. Do I understand this correctly: the Jug will presumably be available in 2018?
  8. :joystick: :D
  9. Perfect, thank you NineLine! It would be amazing to get an idea what the guys are working currently
  10. Let's hope we don't have to wait that long anymore :pilotfly:
  11. Clarification via pm
  12. Ah ok - i got it, thanks again NineLine! For my part i am only interested in ASM in the end, but I think it would be a good idea, if that modus operandi would get stuff out earlier and i would happily buy a module in the SSM-EA-state, if I know ASM will come later. The insight and explanation is highly apreciated as always! Cheers guys
  13. Thanks for the fast answer and clarification. Perhaps a classic case of mis- or overinterpretation of Yo-Yo's statements in the Mossie-thread: Since the Jug is my favourite Prop Plane i may have gotten a little bit too nervous :D
  14. Hmmm, those Jugs look so juicy, I cannot wait to fly that bathtube around! I hope ED is progressing well with that lovely "little" fella and we get our hands on it in 2018 :D :pilotfly: @NineLine if I did understand that correctly, the Jug will still be released with ASM in Early Access and not in the simplified systems version as Yo-Yo suggested will be the case for the Mossie. Is that correct?

    F-15E?

That looks amazing Timghetta!!! Thanks for teaser!!
  16. https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=3579278&postcount=152 As stated in the above linked Newsletter „Further tuning of flight model with touch and go performance, gear drag, half flaps drag, takeoff pitch characteristics, and extreme angle of attack performance.“
  17. Oh oh...The FM is WIP as Raven68 said. Even the internal build regarding a fix with the drag values with gear down isn't released yet iirc. So please, please not another FM-crusade at this point. It's the early part of an Early Access release.
  18. Thanks alot for the insight Ivan! That looks really promising
  19. OK i see, your VV should Point roughly at the crotch of the carrier deck. I suggest you look at lex' Video tutorials on YouTube he's a former Hornet Driver! Extremely informative: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCPqnAPcQSxyCqJ0CZu9qMmg/videos
  20. Nope, same for me, but i use a virpil t-50 base with 75mm expansion so no need at all for curves. But you shouldn’t play with pitch too much after the carrier brake since it should be trim to on speed AoA and throttle only afterwards
  21. Has anyone tested this already?
  22. Thanks for the information!
  23. The updatelogs don't always show all updates incorporated especially regarding 3rd parties modules. We will just have to wait till the update is live - i hope the announced fixes are in the update
  24. That may be a valid Point. As far as i know the cft work as external tanks and just require aditional plumbing an connection to the fuel system on the upper fusielage. But i honestly don't know if changes on the internal fuel systems are required, too. Maybe mvsgas knows more about how the CFT's feed the fuel system. So good point  Idea was, that external stores have effects on centre of gravity and drag etc., too. If the CFT's may be implemented as external stores that can be chosen in the ME those effects can be realistically taken into account. I suspect that RAZBAM with their F-15E will have to think about that, too, since the CFT's can be removed from the Strike Eagle as well.
