  1. I know, see post above Was meant as an optional wishlist item
  2. I know that we likely get an USAF-Bird and that the USAF did not procure the CFT-upgrade for their Vipers. BUT it would be nice if we get an CFT-Option to simulate the 52+ and later versions of the many other countries that currently use the 50/52+. ED did already include foreign skins for the A-model (or the CF-18) Hornets so there is hope imho
  3. I hope that ED will include an option for mounting CFT's
  4. Ah ok, got it! I wasn't aware of that.
  7. It is simply against the law in many countries in europe to show or use Nazi Symbols in Video games and in therefore forbidden. It just refelcts the currently applicable law e.g. in Germany or in Russia and several other countries around the world.
  8. Will all cockpits e.g. of the F-15C be brought up to date as well with the release of MAC?
  9. Sounds like all former FC3 airframes are getting a sound and graphic update (esp. the cockpits) which would be extremely nice. I hope the Mig-29 will be delivered with the PFM.
  10. Cobra already stated that they have sorted the issue out and a new hotfix is being requested: https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=3558973&postcount=14 https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=3559246&postcount=81 So no need to panic or to take the chance away for some people to get the Viggen on sale
  11. +1 Point is: Nothing in DCS will or can be absolutely perfect - as far is i understand it. Thing is, avionics are working as intendet without any major need for improvement- that's something very few modules in DCS can claim. The bugs you reported Spathiphyllum are as far is i saw - excluding the acknowlegded ctd bug - visual/animation issues. I for myself highly prefer a module with working avionics and a realistic FM than a module with incomplete avionics but a fully animated cockpit (just look at the threads in the Mirage section). We have some very nice looking modules out there that can't be used as IRL because 20% of their avionics are either not working as intended or just not implemented yet and the dev's got completely roasted for that - which imho is always completely unneccessary. Bug Reports are important because in the end community and devs are de facto working together to get the projects to a point where the modules can reach their full potential. Imho every module is - that is just a nature of DCS itself - an "interplay" of development work and community Feedback/bug Reports followed by development and fine Tuning. Of course this isn't stated in the store but as you said you own a bunch of other modules (look at the A-10C's FLIR) so you know what to expect. In this regard surstromming is absolutely Right - at least the tone of your critique is Maybe not exactly suited to the bugs you voiced your concern About. I think the community should be a little less emotional when voicing critique/feedback - even though it is neccessary to make the module better - because that just get's everyone away from the facts and leads to senseless and frustrating discussions. In the end that doesn't help anyone. Just my two Cents and happy flying the Viggen everyone (PS I am not a native english Speaker and there is no intent to be harsh or offensive in any regard - just in case i wasn't able to hit the Right tone) Cheers
  12. Nice!! Good to hear that you guys were able to sort that one out so quickly  I have never started DCS that often since i got the viggen on sale last week :megalol: BTW - big thanks to HB for this awesome module - despite some little animation stuff in the cockpit and the ctd bug - the viggen definetly stole all the stick time of the hornet...got me totally hooked.
  13. I am getting constant crashes without any radar in them with a cleaned up and repaired install and deleted fxo and metashader folder. This is furthermore in my case not linked to crashing/dying etc. Wish you guys best luck to get this one ;-)
  14. exactly what I thought, too
  15. If that is the case - holy cow Spectre would be brutal - orbiting around stuff and just watch the light show :D
  16. Looks like we are getting the first high fidelity combined arms asset
  17. That would be sick man:D:joystick:
  18. First, I am - same as Qui Gon - not a fan of too much simplification in DCS. Imho even FC-3/4 fidelity Level should only be used when neccessary - e.g. Russian 4th Gen fighter aircraft. The question is, how much simplification and gestimating would be necessary to get anything stealthy in the air? I think we would end up with something like whats flying around in FSX or P3D - that imho is not desirable. I would love to see some heavies as flyable modules in the future like the B-52H but regarding the B-52H or a B-1B DCS has an engine limitation that - to my knowledge - limits us to two eninges per aircraft. Cheers
  19. F-15E or the A-6
  20. i would love to get the stick alone w/o the base for my T-50 A high quality throttle quadrant relplica would be more than welcomed and imho more urgent than the stick
  21. Exactly can't wait for your impressions - looks really promising on the pic
  22. I had no issues to this point - perhaps linked to the use of the radar altimeter?
  23. Exactly! He suggests to start with jabbers tutorial that jojo quoted and then watch his stuff for advanced information. The information he provides on the essential details during the case 1 recovery are invaluable. We guys normally do not get access to this stuff. So his input is highly appreciated. One more point: He points out common mistakes that are to be expected. This info gives us a much better idea on what to pay attention during the pattern and when reviewing the pass. I want to give him a massive thank you for the effort and can only suggest everyone to listen to this videos and at least think about his comments. Just my 2 cents Cheers guys
  24. Thanks for the insight man!
  25. Thanks for the insight - highly appreciated from a man who knows those babies insight out!!!! Have you worked with lot 20 hornets in our timeframe? cheers
