Visibility Range is very high too, also terrain objects shadows uses a lot of VRAM and you might be getting some VRAM issues aswell
-
Nope, Sometimes even in TEL there is NO Radar noise and the radar behave like it's on OFF

Some of the features works with SRS

Don't worry I know that you guys are working on it, 3D model is not a priority and that's normal, I'm still very happy with the module and can't wait to fly with a friend in this baby, but thanks for the keep us updated on the resolving of the issues Hope the best for the team and the great future ahead

Here is my main report that still holds up today, I didn't included everything tho haha

That's great, there is still massive issues with the external and internal models I hope they will fix them one day... Even War Thunder Mirage F1 is more accurate and have way less errors... Tho I'm still very happy to have this baby in DCS, I started having access to a F1 IRL and the more I look at the one IRL and the more issues I spot on the one we have in DCS and it's very sad that the level of quality is lower than other modules, I know they are a small team but a brand new 3D model with a scanned plane would be amazing tbh...

R.530F and R.530IR are pretty good indeed for the year, but sadly it was known to be very unreliable in real life and it was quickly dropped for mainly R550 IIRC
-
I advise you to use 45000 for the preload radius, it seems to be the sweet spot for 32GB of RAM (in my case), hope it can help a bit :c
-
Had this issue for a while, never had time to report it, sometimes the radar doesn't turn on in those modes and there is noise on the radar and we can't lock anything, it's pretty random and sometimes spamming the modes will fix it...
-
"autoexec.cfg" I didn't saw that I made a mistake

Randomly becoming blind while flying at night. Can't see instruments.
Loukuins replied to audiman's topic in 2D Video Bugs
Oh you got a point indeed, it's pretty random but it can happen 4-5 times during a flight in pitch black with clouds... Let's hope they will reproduice the issue without a track file...- 63 replies

You need to add a autoexcec.cfg in your config file (the one in saved games\DCS(.Openbeta)\ and then add this command and put the right fps limit : options.graphics.maxfps = "174"

Randomly becoming blind while flying at night. Can't see instruments.
Loukuins replied to audiman's topic in 2D Video Bugs
I had the issue on my end too, and I since I did reproduice the deleting of shaders won't fix it sadly, I also did the same but I don't fly often on night missions sadly... And waiting for internet for my new place makes even more difficult to test and fly on DCS, let's hope the devs will see this issue and fix it since it happen even on exterior cameras too... Can you add to the post that it has been reproduced already ?- 63 replies

Maybe send a dcs.log and a track file, also I advise you to delete your fxo and metashaders2 folder witch are contained in your saved game then DCS(.openbeta).
-
This is intended, you can modify the 3d model via the description.lua

Getting radar contacts with radar in standby
Loukuins replied to Ian Boys UK's topic in Bugs and Problems
Use "Arrêt" for that, the Radar is very WIP sadly -
I don't uses VR Headset so I don't know sorry :c
-
I do and limiting the FPS back to my Refresh rate make the game more smoother and disabling V-Sync help too !
-
It's real sadly I would love to have this pod tho haha
-
I don't use VR headset
-
Oh... I might have this issue too then!

Also the S530F is pretty good, the R.530 is more realistic to use during 70s missions. The S530F can go up to 15nm in good conditions, don't under estimate the French Power in those weapons.

Are you using a SSD or not ? Did you set up the pagefile correctly ?
