From Wagner himself. It is not a promise. This is why I wish they would not say crap like this. It causes confusion and unrealistic expectations.

Do not expect the DTC. They said they are considering it which means a 10% chance to occur at all, and if it does, it will be in about 5 years time based on current pacing. Set the personal expectation that the module is done (as said by Wagner himself) once the ARC-210 releases.

I have a feeling the answer would be more frustrating.

I would just like ED to actually finish a product. That's the whole point. A radio has taken them over 2 years to implement, and now coming up on six months since the developer "returned" to it, because it does not pay them anymore to put in the work. It's frustrating from a customer perspective. I don't require them to add more than was slated, just that they don't take eons to achieve what would appear to be a relatively simple task. ED lacks follow through.

Anyone have a technique to get the AMRAAMs to fire in a predictable manner while ED figures out how the not-so-dynamic weather broke the ASE?

George is damn near useless at this point. AI has a soda straw for SA. Unless the enemy shows up in a 10 degree by 5 degree cone, he sees absolutely nothing.

I would expect nothing more than the 210. They were very exclamation point about this being the last thing they do with the module (except MAYBE bug fixes....maybe).

Not sure if this is what you're asking but it's in the subsection steerpoint section of the waypoints upper category. Steps: 1) Hit WP on CDU panel as highlighted below the window 2) Hit LSK 1L "Steerpoint" 3) Type in altitude desired in CDU 4) Drop desired altitude into LSK 2L (as highlighted)

#1 There isn't anything in the news letter about it being completed and ready for release. Therefore, it sounds like it's "still being worked on." #2 If we don't push, ED tends to let things languish. #3 I was directly addressed and so responded to my point.

How has this not been fixed yet.... The community has done more in the past day for the A-10 than ED in the past 6 months to solve this issue.

I'll give it a look and let ya know if I still have the issue. Edit: It would appear to have been fixed. Although I feel like the switching of gain/level from white to black hot is weird in that getting a good image for one completely messes up the other. I also think that bhot and whot are still reversed but need to test a bit further. The eye gouging default brightness seems to have been reduced significantly.
