To add to your neat tips and tricks. Not really a Trick, but just noticed the Data page keeps a record of your (releases) of weapons as a snapshot of data at time of weapon release. 1,2,3,4 etc. Pretty sweet, Didnt know that was there. Always finding something new and neat. Deka you guys rock ! now just finish Toss, Low Alt toss / Loft modes ;)

Chickensim has this completely accurate as well. With all due respect decoy, its only when the community reaches the precipice every time that we actually hear any communication from Ron, or even Larry for that matter. Loopback is the F / B / F+B modeled in our JF in DCS ? does it change the range or power or is it still the .1 standard DCS reduction in tracking time and range regardless if forwards or Rearwards transmission on the POD ? Just curious in our current system if it make a difference ? Suppose I could test. Thanks !

@uboats was the BFL ever added to DTOS correctly ? Is this mode considered finished ? Also Loft/TOSS and VIP ? Just curious if these are considered finished, or going to be implemented for the module ? Thanks

This should help also with previous issues with the HUD Repeater, Symbology size that is modeled incorrectly as well as missing settings some of our pages., VSI and AS Trend vectors on HUD Also Sounds EHSD MAP - Rocket and PUC -

Greetings. In its current state there is no effect or damage modeling whatsoever for the landing gear due to lowering in speed regimes in far excess of any of the current gear limitations for the aircraft. Obviously an extreme but we are currently able to extend/retract the landing gear in excess of 500kts. There is no damage to the system modeled , nor any type of system slow down or hydraulic strain due to any form of parasitic drag. This seems to be a current standard of every other module found in DCS I am familiar with, and we do not have in the AV-8B and am still surprised its not currently implemented. Thanks

Is the B-2 low RCS modeled well in DCS ? seems like mine get picked off pretty quickly. I suppose its a low observable question for the greater whole of DCS, and if its translated to the B-2 that we currently have ? Guess can always set "invisible" in the ME however was wanting to avoid that. Anyone any luck or thoughts ? -
Still waiting to hear back from razbam on several threads and posts ? I’m not sure why Razbam themselves cannot answer any of these and Newy has to start running damage control for them. Not right as Bignewy you have countless other threads to be watching. Especially my thread opened weeks ago asking to see if Razbam could chime in and nothing Total lack of respect if you ask me to the community

What a bad joke What a freaking joke. What is there to update in the manual in the future if it’s “feature complete” and therefore manual complete ? Some spelling errors ? Or just remove EA from the manual now also. Save yourself the trouble razbam it’s not like to take time to respond to the official ED forum, so no sense in finishing the manual Study level sim ? Still no functional TOT the right way. No way to create SPI target points from Sensor of Interest markpoints ( believe you can save 4). Not finished sounds, no idle stop solenoid. You seriously thing the UFC is finished ? What a freaking joke.

That is truly hilarious. Apparently lack of oversight by ED on keeping a standard and pride of their product and what we are actually receiving. Makes you wonder how involved they are in the whole process or how much leeway they give their 3rd party developers.

You get these working in game your my new hero . Ashame the only of a handful of objects in game that we can actually place and destroy have the poly count of a stop sign and have been neglected for so many years. Hopefully the factory/powerstation and tanks are in your update. Looks awesome ! looking forward to them

Just finished a Liberation Campaign for the first time. Was awesome with the invasion of iran. Kinda sad there is no "Completed" or WIN campaign screen, music or a atta-boy. Otherwise nice job, very fun GUI -
Greetings. I apologize in advance as JF is not my native language but still trying to learn more and more about this AC / and what a wonderful job you guys at Deka have done. Just discovered (yes i know its in Chucks guide) that when using a SPI (TPOD, guessing HUD/RDR SPI will work as well) you can save the target area, sensor point of interest or target as a markpoint as well. I had always thought this was limited to a flyover point. 1. When a Target is designated / SPI 2. Select MARK from the UFC 3.change OVFLY (overfly) to the DSG (Designated) L2 on UFC 4. PRESS - MARK again on UFC. 5 Markpoint will be saved into the corresponding waypoint = 41 - 49 I know there are probably videos and other tutorials out there discussing this but its just a great feature, and so mad I have overlooked this. now if we only had the ability to Datalink coords and markpoints to other JF-17's Cheers

Has anyone tried playing this with mods, Obviously supports the A-4 / MB-339. However what about the military aircraft mod ? there area also several buildings that are downloadable such as the Radar domes etc. https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3302681/ If we place moded buildings in the missions in the first run, im guessing they would not carry over to the remaining subsequent missions? Has anyone tried this ? -
sorry if this has been asked before is it possible to swap out aircraft say in the Harrier PG campaign for JF-17's ? without changing the core scripts and lua files ? For example just changing the aircraft in the base miz file ? Thanks Just wanted to play the campaigns with a different aircraft instead of say the SU-25 campaign but with the JF etc.
