+1 I like this J-11, JF-17, J-15 plus the other assets supplementing the Reds is nothing but :thumbup: my question is will you guys be developing a ground attack plane at some point like the flying leopard specifically the JH-7A. after its an AI aircraft taking a similar path of the A-6. or even developing the older Q-5D ???

Agreed the Reds need a fully fleshed out fighter, and the JF-17 seems to be the best option since there is issues with anything soviet or Russian. its seems to be difficult for them to develop which is sad because a fully fleshed out Su-27/30, and SU-24M would balance out the Blue nicely.

+1 for this Id love to be able to have a CO-OP 4 slot client system for the Campaigns able to experience the sim without the quirks of AI wing men and also the ability for Designers to make more in depth campaigns without the hindrance of the AI on your side example like ramping up the difficulty level dependent on how many AI wing men you have or don't have. or heck having the ability to have GCI or AEW& C slot / game master DM that can supplement the AI either as friendly control. Or direct the AI on the adversarial side. So many options are available to make a Dynamic or Near dynamic campaign. but outside of terrain this is what DCS is lacking. my ideal campaign using any module based on what one owns having all theaters available blue side say hawk/ FC3 starting aircraft basic flight a2a Nevada-transitioning to hornet -still Nevada, advance tactics - campaign then can split Caucasus or middle east. red l-39 / fc3 aircraft Normandy for basic flight a2a transitioning to mig-21 -deployment to Caucasus or middle east. or something similar two aircraft modules used basic and advanced and a campaign that spans two more terrain modules..

+1 as a veteran of the sandbox myself, I couldn't agree more.. and as for the 3rd world air force. in a scenario over enemy territory even a 3 world unconventional force could ruin your day. with sound tactics.. like say drag the fight over.. Russian/Chinese provided AA / SAM's and strategically based MANPADS or where numbers of "inferior pilots or aircraft have a numbers advantage.. are nothing to joke about. now is the threat the same as a SU-33 or J-15 with the latest missiles no, but a tomcat at distance with a 54, or a 7 or 9 with a alt and rear aspect advantage.. will make you pay for your mistakes..

Actually a better option would be a C/D block 25 model Since it introduced the AN/APG-68 the same radar in the block 50/52 just the first version of it. Version 10 was installed in 2004 in the 50/52 blocks and is currently slated for replacement with a AN/APG-80 or similar system. that way MAC/ FC users have a taste of the full on module and the systems will be familiar and transition from one to the other seamlessly.

Exactly, or At least I hope they bring to life a comparable or better module of the F-16 to that of one in nameless*cough cough* Bird sim. and in turn brings over more people to DCS and growing the player base. Since excluding the DCS features and Increased Resolution, this Module will be compared to every sim that has depicted the F-16 that came before it.

what a day to be alive.. this has so much potential, But Personally I'm waiting with baited breath I want to see what this with the next rift has in-store for DCS and the Gains in FPS and Resolution with the new hardware bring. I may even wait til next year before on jump on the RTX wagon since Id like to see if the advertised candy really does anything different. just my 2 cents.

Honestly the Exterior lighting needs to just find a middle ground between old and the new, cuz it looks nice from the outside for the most part currently but completely useless.. Interior Lighting is a whole other kinda F* level. which sucks because night stuff would be so Much fun....

Agreed kind of !! especially with them spending so much time on the Ranger and with the Tomcat the INTRUDER makes the most sense especially with the Improved air to ground radar that is being worked on but, It could also be the the Prowler or the Crusader as well. but I do think their next project will be something that flew off the Ranger.

I believe the JTIDS radio has the ability to T/R on 4A I dont know about TADIL–C also known as 4C. the fighter to fighter TDL can be shared w 3 other aircraft. and I would think LINK 4 and LINK 16 would be similar to the F-15C and the F-22 systems. where the F-15 is talking and the f-22 is silently listening.

Nice that being said too bad you couldn't offer the Sub variant MiG-23- 98-2 for Buyers as well like small upgrade package MiG offered that only upgraded the radar Sapfir-23 to the Moskit-23 i believe or the other way around, and HMS and allowing it to fire the R-27 and R-77 making it truly a threat to the Hornet and Tomcat.

Question will it truly be an MLA variant or MLD since thats what there were upgraded to starting as a MLA.?

I agree totally with this statement. :thumbup: I think A 4 part Mini Series would be awesome 6 missions in a chapter + a bonus mission in the end. Would help stave off the Burn out plus you could pace yourself do one-two chapters for a part one break for feedback and polish.. relax come back fresh and do chapter three-four. we can :book: enjoy the first part as you spend time on the second.

PB0_CEF or Mbot just a request from a fan... when You get a chance could we get a campaign in the based in New Gulf map for the Hornet something like say Desert Stinger 93' or a Normandy Based Fakelands 82' for the AV-8.

Update** Was able to fix and can report able to download and install F/A-18C, Fix -had to delete DCS and do a clean install. hopefully this helps others having the same or similar issues. cheers

F/A-18C Not able to download So It tells me using the updater that its the current build. I have it in my purchase list on the website. but in game nothing. I have the latest open beta installed directly from https://digitalcombatsimulator.com as I haven't seen any clear instructions on what to do next. any help would be greatly appreciated.
