  1. buff I need to win the lottery
  2. You would need a second sound card, a cheap $6 usb would be enough.
  3. Lots of CAD drawings and dimensions from Virpil products over here: http://www.havoc-company.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=1386
  4. It´s the same because the memory which stores than info is within the base, not the joy. If you are swapping joys, with the same TM base, just save a DCS controller profile with the first installed joy, unplugg the usb, remove, install the other, plug usb again. Bind your things on DCS, and save a new profile. I have to, something like "Tundra_Warthog_v1", and "Tundra_Hornet_v1". No need to reassign after every swapping.
  5. If you set DCS MSAA to 2x, and then Nvidia Control Panel to 2x, it´s that redundant or both add up to 4x?
  6. But 2 Gs are 2Gs for all airframes right? Maybe you mean how the software "scales" the effect? meaning you can´t reach 9Gs in the Huey so 2Gs should rumble more?
  7. I think the offset applies to the stick only, not the whole base.
  8. the sensor control switch from my stick didn´t register a pulsation, so I sent it back with warranty. To France TM service I think (I live in Spain). They solved the issue and the joy came back after 10-15 days. No money involved.
  9. ey Miles, it could be a nice idea showing how the V2 units fit some HOTAS you had around.
  10. For modern jets and /or helis, VKB are a great value for money (220e). Tpr are overpriced. Quite.
  11. That looks very very good sir!
  12. If you have plenty of time, unselect all effects, and try each, one by one. Otherwise, turn engine rumble down (20-30%), and make sure stall, G-effect and VRS are easily recognizable. Once I was able to feel the negative Gs when flying over wires with the Huey, but can´t replicate that setting anymore. Miniguns and door guns for Huey are a blast. I uncheck damage for all my airframes (weird vibrations after being shoot down). I´m off to work now, let me know if you need further info.
  13. Try pressing Alt + Enter to go back to fullscreen mode.
  14. did you mod your Cougar? what´s the issue? I´m reviving a second hand Cougar throttle unit with about $50 of Hall sensors and USB standalone conversion, sold by a user from this very same forum. Other than that, giving current Warthog price, I would consider some Virpil/VKB options. T16000 if you find a decent price too.
  15. You could use your VR headset for normal audio, and the motherboard built-in soundcard for telemetry, so no need to spend $10. Jetseat works on USB to read telemetry so you are good for that too.
  16. I´m combining this with a ForceFeel pad, what effects do you find best for the big shakers under the seat rather than the smaller 8 vibrators from the seat pad? I was considering: gun and weapon released, chaff, ground roll, landing gear, stall, touchdown
  17. Hi guys, I want to modify an IKEA chair to resemble a bit more an ejection seat. I want to take out the seat base, fixed to the wheel axis with 4 screws, and install a bigger one, with the central cutout for stick mounting. Then padding the new wood base with some olive clothing and foam. Does anyone happen to have the measurements of base Mk14 seat? ACES II could be valid too. I´m not replicating a certain seat, just needing some inspiration.
  18. that was fast! enjoy this piece of hardware!
  19. That´s great, thank you. Just edited the first post, Saitek and one LeoBodnar are sold. Another LeoBodnar available yet.
  20. Hello people, I have been a happy T50 base user for two years now. I bought it second handed, so the base has several flight hours. I was wondering if it´s a good idea open it up and grease the cams with WD40 white litium grease. I saw Havoc files where a pic is showed explaining where to lube the cams, but it´s for more modern T50CM2 base.
