And that's the problem for DCS, no Eastern Front content, 2 Easter Front planes with no context except flying them around as show ponies, as much as I love the LA7 its a pass for me at what will be a possible $69 USD purchase, I doubt DCS will ever have a Easter Front map of the AI units to go with it to flesh out a good WW2 scenario.

I think some of the gain in smoothness and it certainly is much smoother, has been at the sacrifice of longer distance views, I'm getting a lot more pop in now on grass at low level and power lines, also wire fences moving from low LOD to higher LOD even with extreme view distance set and LOD at 2 when in an Apache, its down low in a heli you really notice it and when in a plane ships and other city objects grow as you get near them. I'm finding the settings from High to Extreme and the LOD slider don't make much difference at all to what im seeing in game, this is with a 4090, Pimax Crystal (Quad views), this is how I think they have been able to increased smoothness in the game by introducing lower levels of view distance across all the settings. -

I cant map it to two position either on/off, it just flicks up and comes back down, my Virpil has on/off buttons

Has anyone managed to map the master arm button, it doesn't matter what button I map it to on my Virpil CM3 throttle or any of my button boxes, it flips up and then straight back down, I can only click it up with the mouse and it then stays up.

I'm actually glad its not a module I want so im happy to wait until when ever (I have pre purchased), I only got as it will be need in my squads missions.

Nothing changes for you, just update as you normally have, nothing happens to your mods at all -
I suggest trying both. @Bignewy did DCS voice get an update in this patch, I didn't see anything in the patch notes. Cheers

This is the only map the I didn't get any improvement on in VR at all, I also noticed a lot of texture loading when switching from the map view back to the cockpit view at 20000ft the textures were all blurry on the mountains and details were lost until they loaded back in which took about 15-30 seconds. Still quite a bit of work to be done to make this map frame rate friendly even on a 4090 on VR

Nice update thanks. Any update to the DCS Voice, I thought we were getting new code to fix the issue reported with the system rolled out a few months ago, our team was hoping to try it again as we like what we saw when we tried it, but couldn't work with it as it was.

Maybe a back up database server would be worth investing in as redundancy, its a lot of money people have invested, just a thought.

HI guys I have a trigger set to destroy 70% of Butami when the mission starts and it works finer This mission runs on a server and the server pauses when some one leaves, next time they join the event does not work and all the buildings are rebuilt, how would I get this trigger to activate every time some one re joins the mission and it un-pauses Its set to Type: Once Time more 10 Action Scenery Destruction Zone I tried under Type to Mission Start and it didnt work

Its great to see ED support VR and I welcome Pimax here as its good for DCS VR in general and a first for a VR consumer company to have a direct path to its users here, if you buy from local like I did then your warranty is with the store, I wont comment on dealing direct as I didn't. As to the KW, great to hear ED have it and that hopefully means the long road for this module is near release, I cant wait to add it to the excellent Apache I have.

Nice to see you here Pimax, having owned mine for since Sept when it was released I can say I love it, it has quirks but I'm living with them with out too many issues.

m unsure if ReShade is working in VR, it works in MT flat screen as I get the menu, but in VR the Home key doesnt do any thing. Make sure you tell Reshade to use the DCS.exe in the bin-mt folder, then run flat screen DCS from the DCS.exe in that folder and you will get the Reshade Menu But im unsure if its working in VR as it doesnt show the Reshade menu in VR. -

How do you use Reshade with VR, I installed 6.0 but dont get any of the Reshade options Ignore sorted it out -
I'm trying the F15SE training missions, and the guy tells me to use SPACE to advance to the next instruction set when I'm ready, now I have may have unmapped this as I use VR and a HOTAS and had loads of exclamation marks by SPACE bar, now I need it again, does any one know what category the SPACE command is under for this task so I can re map it ?? Cheers

Wow some big items and mentions for some major updates to arrive for 2024 or is it 2024 beyond ?? Im looking forward to a lot of that stuff to come though at some point, every bit helps push the game forward. -
I cant fly the server we host without these mods, so they are needed, I don't believe they caused the crash as I cant seen anything in any log that said they did. Flew 5 hours today with them on and no crash, the other day 3 crashes all with 50 mins, but we have changed from Syria to PG
