  1. Well and my question is how do you tell you are GPU Limited, I always here many answers to this question and never really found what is true about it..
  2. Well speaking for me and my PC I seen no difference in the quick and dirty test I just ran. AH-64D Syria range mission here are the results: ReBar OFF: 1. (11.8ms Looking, Center front seat) (14.3ms Looking, Left Front seat) (13.2ms Looking, Right front seat) ReBar ON: 1. (12.1 Center front seat) 14.2ms Left Front Seat) (13.2ms Right front seat) Basically the same so for myself I seen no difference.. Now maybe if a scene came up where ReBar would come into affect it would matter a bit but for this quick test no difference seen here.. Either way it does not seem to harm having it on and where it would matter like maybe a busy scene it would be a benefit that is to be seen.. I may test another game just too see..
  3. Hey BitMaster which company in the USA that has proper and long term support? Do you have any links for the Linux based Routers? I built a Linux based Cloud setup and it has been working great. would be curious to look into a linux based Router.. Thnx Neph'
  4. Well saying it is at stock could be misleading was it a Factory OverClcocked card?? or bumped up from the base card core mhz? if it was OC try dialing the core clock back bit. or get MSI Afterburner and undervolt it..or declcok it..
  5. Hey SrSosio, did you have an overclock setup with msi afterburner?? Sometimes DCS does not like OC especially on the core too much. I usally do a bit on the core and a ton on the memory which is where it is better to OC a GPU anyhow the core does not matter too much.. Like on my 4070Ti I had 100mhz on the core and 1600 on the memory.. it really increases the GB output or whatnot..
  6. Did you see what the temps were at on the 3090? IT seemed to have crashed pretty quick did you try and rerun the test and see if maybe it was a glitch of sorts.. if you do run the temps does the fane seem to be spiining as well?
  7. ok that looks good and yes OCCT has a GPU test it is the 3D adaptive test. but before you run that what is the make and how many watts is your PSU and which GPU Do you have? Try running the PSU test it will do both CPU and GPU at the same time and if tht Crashes try running just the GPU, and if the GPU test fine by itself you may have a PSU issue.
  8. This is the test I was asking how long you ran it for not the 1st test as you said your PC Crashed almost immedietely..
  9. which test did you run in OCCT? how long did you run the stress test for?
  10. Well I would highly suggest running a stress test on your PC with OCCT or even Intel Burn Test or similar you could be having a heat issue or some sort of unstability in the PC and a stress test will point that out real quick..
  11. well if you could lock it at 72 you would still run into issues. I have read that it is best to lock it about 10-20FPS above your lowest FPS and if need be you can round it off. I found it best just to set the Hz rate of the VR and let the Game just run full out.. but if you are able to maintain a set FPS like 85 or 90 fps consistently you could lock it above your Hz rate and probally be fine.. What are your specs and Headset and such?
  12. well while I do not suffer from this issue I surely look forward to the cause from the ED Devs..
  13. ummm I mean you should upload the log and dxdaig file here not post it like that Akkkk!!
  14. Well you say your CPU is OC @ 5ghz in your sig but in your screenshot it is at 5.5ghz.. which CPU Specifically do you have? and for the record I idle at about 36c asnd when in the main menu of DCS it is about 46c. I could check ingame temps but I doubt I am hitting 90c+..
  15. AS a Previous G2 iser I would like to hear more thought on the CL.. I would really like to get one but I have my doubts.. Also have you seen the mod where somebody I think it was here where they uised the G2 heradphones on the CL..
  16. No when I just shut the PC off and do not turn the PSU switch off it starts normally. so I am guessing by me turning off the PSU switch to off that the restart issues is supposed to happen as it is training or similar? IF so then I guess there is no issue and I can not worry about it.. thnx
  17. Well If I just do a restart or shut down ands not power the switch off it seems to work fine unless it is like a cold boot after it being off all night..
  18. OK I can try switching those off but your last question has me wondering. the PSU I do turn that off at the switch on the PSU, so you are saying it is normal for the PC to do the issue when booting up if I turn the power off at the switch after I turn off my PC? I do that because the restart issue only happens when I do a fresh boot like the day after when I turn on my pc after having it off all night.. but if I just do a restart it is fine when doing that also..
  19. Yes, that is what I was thinking that it has to be memory related.. I did test them one by one and in all the slots it did the same bootup issue.. I have 2 sticks of DDR5 for a total of 64GB. I can check the sub timings but not too sure what they should be.. I did set my LLC to high not sure what ither setting to change there either.. I will have to do some digging I guess to see what these settings should be at..
  20. OK I toiled with it for about an hour nothing I did worked. I tried loosening the timings and change the voltage manually. the only thing that works is when I set the XMP PRofile too off and just use the regualr setting for the memory.. I am unsure what else to try. I really had a near meltdown a few times where the PC would not even boot.
  21. well I tried messing with the voltage settings that did not help. I can mess with the timings and I am familiar with the process so it should be no issues I will try and loosen them up a bit. I will report back in a bit.. thnx
  22. Well, that is the thing I have done all that and only when I turn off the XMP Profile the PC coldboots normally even while the CPU is still OC to 5.5ghz.. I am am not sure why it does this only when the XMP PRofile is on. so fault lies there but it could be incompatibility with the RAM ir the IMC is being funky..
  23. Well I had another PC do this 2 systems ago. In that PC 2 systems ago I tried another PSU and it did the same thing.. so I am a little leary in getting a new PSU as this one is a decent one. it is a corsair RM850e..
  24. what did you change with GPU Tweak?? is that specific hardware based software for asus or similar?
