In the MP, the sling load is now completely faulty. Both alone in the machine and in pairs or threes, the load twitches so much that the helicopter is destroyed. Attached are various track files from 3 different users. slingload_bugtest.zip

I am not aware of such a function via the HMD, only via the TADS/cursor. So laser a target, press the corresponding button to create tgt.

I don't think it's a good method to hesitate with the videos so close to release. I also don't understand what ED is trying to achieve with this approach. As a potential buyer, I want to see what the new module looks like in the cockpit, what the MFDs display, what the sounds are like and just get a general impression before I buy it. I would refer you to the Apache where we had a great video shortly after the announcement where Wags flew and talked about the module, followed by the sneak peek and then the tutorials. In my opinion, that was a great phase leading up to the release. Now we have a pre-order trailer and a FAQ, which I personally find very weak. To then say that EA isn't for everyone is a cop-out and has absolutely nothing to do with the actual problem. What disappoints me more is the fact that ED shows no consistency in their marketing strategy and doesn't follow up on their good practices (e.g. Apache). Early Access is not for everyone, we all know that. But so is unfortunate marketing.

What distance? Stationary or moving targets? Did you shoot straight away or wait a while so that the TSE could calculate correctly?

@AndreNL I tried to recreate the problem for over an hour yesterday without success, the helicopter didn't show any sudden descent or anything like that. Were you able to reproduce it again?

Baue gerade einen Rhino FFB nach und habe vor kurzem mit einer Gepäckwaage an der Joystickaufnahme gemessen. Ohne große Feineinstellung zeigte die Waage ca. 4.5 - 4.6 kg an.

Same here, I fly it almost every day and have never seen this effect before, not even after the patch... Yes, a video or a track file would be perfect to take a look at the phenomenon.

I haven't had anything like that myself before. Does it happen more in the transition to a hover. Does it happen also above 40 knots?

Very cool that we're getting the Chinook so early after all! Personally, I'm still waiting for the EA feature list and then the first test reports, but I'll definitely be buying it at some point. I still have 3 questions about the module: 1) Air-to-air refueling: I assume this means we get a refueling probe, will this then be selectable via the armament menu, like the FCR on the Apache, or just via ME? 2) Digital Automatic Flight Control System (DAFCS): Will this system have a full autopilot in the module in addition to the low level modes? So modes like HDG, ALT/ATT hold? 3) Cargo handling and versatility: What exactly do I mean by palletized standard goods? Does this mean we can use the Chinook to e.g. load Hellfire from an airport warehouse and then unload it in a FARP?

This sounds very much like the laser spot tracker (LST) was active, check your key assignment. See here for more information on how the LST works and what its behavior is:

I can't say whether the accuracy deviates that much due to the MGRS coordinate differences, but it 'could' well be that you are seeing a side effect of the INU bug here. Try again and reset your INU systems before you mark and engage the targets to see if it makes a difference.

Wie @Grennymaster schon schrieb, hilft es, wenn du deine Kameraposition für deine Bedürfnisse einstellt. Ebenso kannst du mit der TrackIR-Software auch deine Kurven entsprechend anpassen, um alles gut einsehen zu können. Probiere diese beiden Dinge mal aus.
