:) I am with Zen Office Max, beautiful service til now, but they are getting it fixed as we speak :). I had the 8mbit service before with them and it raped every other isp I had been with previously, the 20mbit service is the same, just recently been upgraded and got 19mbit sync rate and 17/18mbit download rate, its been a touch flaky last week or so, but I am unsure if its adsl2+ or my actual router. I threw in a new router yesterday and the resyncing stopped, so I suspect my old router was having problems, maybe because I had flashed it a couple weeks ago with a different firmware, maybe it wasnt the best flash ?? who knows but the new router is as stable as can be, so I suspect that when i was playing GT5 yesterday thats when it started to crap out ? They are the ONLY isp I trust, they dont throttle, block ports, traffic shape, they dont do anything to your line at all which is great. As for their unlimited service, it truly is unlimited, 500-700 gig a month every month is easy for me to get at full speed 24/7 365 and they dont say nothing, too many linux distros to choose from :) They are costly ( too costly if you ask me ), but it really is worth it for the service and their UBER GREAT UK Support, never seen an isp like them before. I would move away in a heartbeat to a less costly option if any other ISP could do what they do, but they cant so I am forced to pay through the nose for a 20mbit connection, but in the end I am extremely happy with their service which cannot be said about any of the huge number of isps I had previously. See what selling your wife and kids to a bunch of gypsys can get ya :p

Well, if you pay 300 quid a month for your 2 meg line, then yes you are paying 3 times what I pay. 100 a month here for supposed 20mbit.

Stupid ps3/gt5 made my recently upgraded inet connection drop from 18mbit to 13mbit this morning, god knows why, but my router only shat itself when the ps3 was trying to grab the update for gt5. Could of been the snow, or it could of just been the uberness that is BT, but personally I blame the ps3/gt5.

Dont remind me, I bet once the country picks its arse out of the debt shit pile, somehow I dont think they will reduce VAT again to its 17.5 level :(

I must admit, although I like Gran Turismo's and have every single one from the PS on up, I must admit, it doesnt feel or look that much better than GT4 Also the interface, it isnt exactly the best, but GT's have never been known for great interfaces, must be a japanese thing I guess. Overall, I cant see what all the fuss was about, seriously, if you have GT4 or GT5 prologue then you basically have GT5. Bear in mind that I havent played it much, so there is obviously a shit ton I havent seen or experienced yet, but my overall opinion is, its basicall GT4 with some extra fluff on top. I reckon they could of made it soo much better had they actually made it from the ground up instead of porting previously made tracks and cars into it that were made for GT4 aka made for the PS2. But I am a fan and I am loving it, but I doubt I will buy another one because the series to me now has come as far as it can go IMHO. I thought I would be playing this all weekend, but steam has 50% off of arma arrowhead and 50% of the UK DLC for it, so instead of paying 30 quid for them both, I paid 13 quid, so i think this weekend will be filled with me playing arrowhead instead of GT5

Do NOT fit onto my new Audio Technica ATH-A700's :( Things would of been the bomb had the Track Clip Pro fitted onto them. Sadly I will just have to use my new cans for music and movies and other games and keep my Technics RP-F350 for flying with as I have attached the TCP to it and zip locked it into position, so it isnt coming off of them in a hurry. Well, the only thing I suggest doing now is, as soon as you can, contact your bank and tell them that you tried to purchase something online, but soemthign went wrong, 3 sets of cash was taken from you, but the company you were buying from doesnt see you as having bought anything. So basically the money has been sent from your account 3 times to some companies account without you actually having bought anything, or something to that affect. I would think that your bank has a 24 hour hotline ? if it has, give em a call and atleast forewarn them and see what they say, even though they might not be able to do anything about it until after thanksgiving. Also, goto bed, as nothing can be done now, goto sleep and waken up tomorrow, as you may of gotten a good reply to one of your emails overnight ? No point in staying up and getting all worked up over it, as you havent lost the money and their isnt anything that you can do and if you are like me, it will just annoy you even more.

I am not saying it "Will" take ages to get fixed, but from previous threads regarding problems, they have had to wait a while, it might not happen to you though? But, you should be calling your credit card company/bank anyway if 3 sets of money was taken from your account, as they will refund it much quicker than any company can, they can instantly put the money back, whereas if a company refunds you, it will take upto 5 days. As for the serial in emails, as far as I can remember, only the Transaction number comes in the email ? maybe the serial also, but I cannot recall seeing my serial in any email, just the transaction ID.

I hate it when websites fvk up during a purchase, as ^ is the result and if you are close to the max on your CC, then you get huge overdraft fees and all because of a stupid website error. But, saying that its more likely to happen on a pc thats kept in a shit state and also more likely to happen when using a wireless connection, both things I avoid using. As for getting your problem expedited, have you emailed support ? I cant remember the email addy off the top of my head but it is here somewhere or on the website that you tried to purchase the game from. Send em an email and let them know, also get onto your credit card company or bank card company, and tell them to cancel those 3 payments and once they are cancelled, then try and buy the game again. My personal opinion is, you aint playing the game this weekend if you never got a serial, only one way to be able to play this weekend and that is if you try and buy the game again. Phone Card Company and CANCEL those transactions now, as knowing ED, they take ages to do anything, so if you wait for them to refund you, you could wait long enough. BTW, your serial number doesnt come to you in a email, the serial is on the webpage where you download the game from, you will see it there. Log into the website where you bought the game from and then goto the download section, then click on proceed to download fordcs a10c and then it will take you to another page, on there you will see lots of download server's and your serial/s if you got one, if you bought the game 3 times using the same account, then you will see 3 serials.

Oh, off the top of my head I have a Asus Xonar D1 soundcard, only a couple months old, but I went back to using my XFi Platinum, so I dont need the Xonar D1 now. If only you posted this thread 4 weeks ago, as I sold a pile of stuff, 2 mobo,s 3 cpu's about 16 gig of ram etc etc etc. 1333 - 1600 ram, you wont notice a difference between the two, serisouly, the only time you will notice any difference is "IF" you overclock, then the 1600 will give you more headroom and also for benchmarking. All other times you wont notice the difference and if you are only going to overclock to say 3.5/6 then 1333mhz will be ample. If you dont want to suffer from buyers remorse, then wait 6 weeks before buying, as the new intel sandy bridge processors will be out then, so if you buy now you will most likely be annoyed that you didnt wait, because the new cpu's are supposed to be great.

Yea, disabling HT is a fix for a good few games, its a better solution than disabling cores ( if it works ), but usually thats for games that have a problem with HT in general. I dont know about A10C, but I havent heard if it suffers from problems when HT is enabled. Personally, I would look at his overall system as to why he is having problems with A10C, rather than start disabling stuff, I would think it's either a software problem or a hardware or hardware misconfiguration problem. Thats where I would start looking, before I would even think about disabling stuff. If anything, I would disable HT only, I would leave the cores well alone.

Yea Cali, if this guy/guy'ess is injured or in shock, then they have limited time in that cold enviroment. I hope they find the pilot ASAP, alive would be brilliant.

Doing that only boots your computer up without the use of all the cores, you would be better of doing the same thing in your motherboards bios, as that will have a option to disable the cores. Or you could also just disable hyperthreading in the bios and see if that helps, but to be honest, you should probably leave those options untouched. If you are getting problems witht he beta, then you have to remember it is a beta and isnt optimised and is likely to cause these problems. If you really want to change the core options, it wont damage your pc, it will only slow it down.
