  1. On the contrary, I think that will take little to no effort.
  2. I see. As I thought, this is a waste of time and not much fun anymore. You’ve worn me down so I’m out. Good luck, buddy.
  3. I don’t really know. From my experience, writing the same thing over and over again doesn’t, in itself, make it true. Tested, demonstrated, trained? Who knows forty years later without any documentation or verified first-hand accounts? But sitting at your keyboard demanding people believe your opinion over and over again is a losing strategy. I would think you’d have learned something from the CFT thread.
  4. Wow, thanks for finding this picture. I had thought I remembered reading in the 80's that PACAF F-15C's trained with single Mk-8X bombs under each wing station. But since I could never find a picture, I assumed my memory was wrong.

  6. This is what I was referencing. I wasn’t putting words in your month. You clearly feel strongly enough to think the launch should be delayed, but not strongly enough to forgo buying it on the first day.
  7. Yes to both questions.
  8. So, you think they should delay the launch entirely until functionality you deem essential is added. But you don't consider it so essential that it will prevent you from buying the module as-is. Go figure.
  9. Not an excuse, just a reality. The only alternative would be for Razbam to delay the launch of the F-15E, which is absolutely not necessary. Also, as many people have already stated, the requirement for a RIO to fight in the F-4/F-14 does not translate to the Strike Eagle.
  10. Well, it’s only Early Access so you might be happier holding off buying it until the AI WSO is included.
  11. Agreed. But on the other hand, the Navy F-4s have cooler paint schemes and do carrier ops. That makes the CDI factor (Chicks Dig It) off the scales for that jet, so there’s that.
  12. Absolutely. Many people will buy the module for exactly that reason. But the F-4 was only operated by Australia, Greece, Iran, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Spain, West Germany, Great Britain, Turkey, and the United States. I'm confident a whole lot of people from countries not on that list will be buying it too.
  13. That would be 336 hours of free game play, which I don’t think is reasonable. For what you’re asking for I’d say 12 hours total.
  14. With such an overly simplistic statement, it’s impossible to know where to begin.
  15. I saw Bigney write in a YouTube comment that VR and DLSS were working for him.

    DLSS in DCS

Bignewy wrote in a YouTube comment that it works for him.
  17. Anyone ask about native support for OpenXR yet?
  18. Apparently ED thought so too.
  19. Ok, thanks. Just curious
  20. On a related note, considering the name you chose for your squadron, do you by any chance fly on the Enigma server as Witch 1-1?

    F-15E vs. F-18C

“The F-15E is better at the missions it’s designed to do over the F/A-18C.” Fixed it for you.

    Option to remove CFTs

The discussion has not been whether or not the Strike Eagle can do air-to-air. No one is disputing that (I think). Rather, we have been arguing about the realism of operating F-15E’s without the CFTs.
  23. Ok, my apologies. Sometimes that doesn't come across in text.

    Option to remove CFTs

Yes, no one had questioned that. The case before the court was, would a Strike Eagle operator remove the CFTs for missions considering it hadn’t been done previously? If you go back and read my post from June you’ll see what I was replying to.

    F-15E vs. F-18C

No, because the CDI factor is off the charts for Navy pilots. (CDI = Chicks Dig It)
