  1. Same, dont see why someone should spend money on a carrier with the same broken physics and desynch issues as the default free ones. Some eye candy, animations and semi-authentic radio comms arent really worth it in my opinion. Those above mentioned issues should be a #1 priority, same as MP stability/lag in the latest 2.5.6 release which will probably affect the SC module in a really bad way.
  2. Will we get navy style grey dumb bombs for the Hornet once the Super Carrier comes out? Having Air Force style green bombs just seems off.

  5. +1 all the functions for the relevant systems that we have in game should be present in my opinion. Why does the Viper have it but the Hornet doesn't?
  6. Well, in a merge you have the guy visual and can ID him. But I agree, the DL and IFF issues HAVE to be fixed asap. Pretty basic and fundamental features and don't seem to be working right since the Danger Noodle came out.

  10. I probably wont find the exact quote but that was the message from ED after the Viper release since people complained about the dude blacking out at 8G's. The whole point of the Viper is that it can sustain 9+ G's, or rather allows the pilot to sustain 9 if needed.
  11. AF pilots are usually required to sustain 9G's for prolonged periods of time. That is the whole point of the F-16. There is also footage of Gripen and Rafale displays where the pilot sustains 9G's for several seconds. Wasn't the entire G model for DCS due for a re-work for early 2020? Haven't heard anything since. Speaking from personal experience 7.5 G's, while uncomfortable, given a good physical condition and proper g strain technique can be sustained fairly long without any blackout effects. It sure is a workout but very doable.
  12. So, is this still being worked on? Currently you can't have Hornets and Vipers on the same side in Multiplayer as the Hornets will feed the Viper with bad information, showing friendlies as hostile. Any update on a potential fix after all this time?

  14. What about the various antenna and sensor differences and possible ECM blisters on the B? (If you plan to implement those with ECM modelling).
  15. At this point I see very little reason to spend time and resources on a voip feature that only causes issues and lag (more UDP packet traffic). Either do it right or dont screw everyone over for months in the process. Most people use other very well established means that cause no lag or additional game packet traffic such as SRS and Discord. So please either make this a fully server side option or remove it in its entirity.

  17. Did you align the INS properly and not over G the airframe? Last I can remember the radar gunsight in the Tomcat is a laserbeam.
  18. Yes, has been around for ages. Happens when someone ejects on an MP server.
  19. Which for DCS purposes is just fine, a jam strobe and lock delay until X range is still at least something and gives players more options in BVR combat.
  20. Awesome stuff! Shame so much is dependant on ED and their Super Boats.... Few more items: Are ECM blisters for the 14B planned as well? And will the AUX and ACCU pressure hydraulic gauges (and those subsystems) work eventually?
  21. I'm not talking about the pandemic here, has been the case even way before it was even a thing. It's called factual and objective criticism. If you want to take it personal then frankly that is your own problem.
  22. Well, considering its the last day of Q1 they have yet again missed all their projected development/release goals. Kind of a bummer to have such a lackluster product sustainment after such a stellar EA release, one year in.
  23. So are the Multiplayer player and weapon ID's still not fixed after almost two months?
