Trim is running away if joining the back seat for some time. If in front again, always make sure pitch trim is reset. Checklists are your friend ...

Saw it repeatably and wondered if I do something wrong (which I so far expect)

[NO BUG] When Phoenixes are placed on 1B and 8B
Lt_Jaeger replied to Silent Film's topic in Bugs and Problems
No, it isn't as stated above. In the (front) pallets are the cooling system and whatnot for the Aim-54. You plain need them if you want to carry a Phoenix on whatever station. -
need more information Sudden drops in FPS/stuttering
Lt_Jaeger replied to Netrunner's topic in Game Performance Bugs
What is that? Could not find anything about it in the download section nor the forum. Would appreciate a lead, thank you. -
99% of the time it's more a RADAR capability problem or a wrongly placed airplane, rather than jester. I leave the 1%in for the always existing bugs in software.

The "new" sounds are not for the better. With revving the engine, one can hear steps. Not really nice. -

[Official] SimShaker for Aviators
Lt_Jaeger replied to f4l0's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
For me up and down would be more important, but I don't fly warbirds too much. -
But before they make sure you could start, the F-4 should be able to land with the correct parameter. That said, it's fun for a try or two and definitely helped in getting a better feel for the bird, but I just wait for the Navy version and while doing this I just use it as intended. The joke wears off pretty fast. Oh, and yes, I would prefer a Navy version over the Air Force.

VPForce adapter will, as for every TM compatible base, only do the mechanical connection of the stick/base. VKB has proprietary electronics, so you will still need the VKB black box to run the stick.

Strength is not everything. I own the rhino and what puts it apart is the software. With software I especially point to the TelemFFB. This piece of software brings the rhino really alive and enables a ton of customization. The basic effects provided by the game (or not in case of MSFS) are more or less fine, but telemFFB really shines in customizing and adding effects. The strength of the rhino is already strong enough to make my vkb crackle and scream for help, I believe with the beast I would kill the grip. Besides I would not be able to mount that thing, while I use the rhino on a monstertech mount to get it out of the way of not needed.

Had it once, did a repair and shader delete and everything is back to normal. Figured this stuff out myself without yelling and finger pointing.

Got one as well to test sceneVR.lua

I started but, since I'm short of time, I stoped. Going thru all the arguments to lower gears, put in Pilots and stuff takes forever. That turned me off and I forgot about it. Might start again to look into it ...

I started with the campaign and it turns out as I expected, great work BUT The campaign get spoiled for me by the current spotting system in DCS. E.g. the first mission Butterfly setup. I lose tally already at the cut and usually never regaining it. If I do, by cheating and peaking at the F10 map, everything is fine again, because close in, I can see the plane and if I lose sight it's due a mistake I made. Not sure if I want to press on, because it kills the immersion. Wish we would get the spotting back we once had, worked great in the F-14 campaigns. Like I said, nothing wrong with the campaign, just venting my frustration. Hope not many of you guys are effected, but this is the first time in really hampered by a high res vr headset. Bummer

Jettison the drag chute - possible problem
Lt_Jaeger replied to Lt_Jaeger's topic in Bugs and Problems
It's kind of a binding issue / bug (is it one? Doubt it) with the F-4. Was pretty dumbfounded, since I dropped the chut but still was stuck. Just wanted to mention it. -
After my landing and during after landing checklist I got stuck with the "jettison drag chute" item, even though I had him released. Solution in my case: I had the chute bound to one push button. First press: deploy, second press:release. Just the second press or the release does not fire the trigger. I had to sacrifice one of my precious buttons and bind the release to a different button. Just in case someone stumbles over the same problem.

Not even at home for the time being, but the campaign is bought. Was looking (and still am) very much forward to finally start another epic campaign by Reflected.

She don't like to be on the ship. Did my trials on flying that thing on speed to land on the carrier. The only time the hook grabbed was when I was fast and way to low (close to a ramp strike). With on speed it's bolter after bolter with the occasional broken main gear in the mix. Too bad, would be fun to pretend to be navy

Done printing, waiting for some hardware now. I really dig this design, very well-made. Looking forward to putting it all together
