I'd guess free map should not drain much of ED resources to make it and on the other hand it offers good gameplay for users. Crimea has been done in the past so probably ED just needs to convert it to make it compatible to current engine.

It does all right on me in TOO mode. But way off on target. It kills the closest emitter rather than intended target. Handed off on 11 but it gone for EWR instead which is the closest.

(shrug) I misunderstand about R40 still tracking after radar lock was dropped, it says it was gone ballistic but still hit left engine of the F-15. Isnt it indicated its still tracking? Or was it just pure luck? Or all of this just IrAF claimed? (again.... Shrug) [emoji3]

You also can shoot 120 while in LTWS and it still tracking all right. I'm not sure if its really tracking from LTWS data or merely switch to visual mode because I always tend to shoot 120 below 10 miles.

You're welcome guys. Thats IrAF claimed for downing an Eagle quite shocking me. I'm also surprised that R-40 despite its semi active still tracking after lost locked if that info was true.

I've shot anti radar missiles launched from su-25 in F-15 with Amraams. At first I thought they were incoming bandits and they all met their targets. I don't think you can do it in "maddog" but I'm quite sure if you can catch it on your radar then you can shoot it. Same with Su-27 with EOS. My recent tragedy was last night in BF server when I mistakenly shot an Amraam instead of the bandit then eat the second amraam in the face. You could also find in youtube video where someone kill SA-10 missiles with bunch of aim-9x. Shooting down Phoenix missiles also doable both with EOS mode and aim-9x. Don't trust me? Oh God..... I'm scared as hell. Imagine in calm sky when you fly then suddenly Tor pops up and shoots you in close range (SAM trap). I really hate Russian double digit SAM.

I'd love to see EF2000 in DCS even if its just early version. The most important thing for me is the flight model. Avionics or weapon capabilities are just bonus. If it ever gonna make it in DCS in the future I choose ED or HB to develope it.

Isnt it too close to fire it inside 2 miles ? I would switch to fox 2 in that condition. I also tested the Sparrow in the Hornet thou and all seem fine.

Not as good as before IMO. Fired two at different target which is close to each other with TOO mode and it hit the same target. Maybe its realistic maybe not.... (shrug)

BVR ? only experience M2K pilot could win against fully armed A2A Hornet. WVR magic vs aim-9x ? Hornet clearly have the advantage WVR guns only ? I'd say its equal then its depend on how good the pilot handling the jet. I'd buy the Hornet over M2K without hesitation. Its multirole and developed by ED itself.

Thats why I sincerely request a track from you guys saying its fine. Make a simple mission, fly it then attach the track here. Thanks.

I hope you're right. I hope ED's Vulkan also performs good with green team in the future. I just couldnt help myself seeing that benchmark. It beat the more pricy 2080ti card. Its amazing.

I was about to ask the same thing. Plus, I'm ok with the new feature of Hornet comes once a month but a patch? Is it released once a month too? Probably because not too many people bought the Map and I noticed it needs plenty of memory and right setting to be able to join. I have 16Gb and have to set the page file to 32Gb to successfully join the mission. The mission itself is great. Cas, CAP and Deep Strike mission.
