I agree. While its nice to have A2G radar but its not everything. A-10C doesnt have that and still kickin without it. I remember one of Viper pilot said he rarely uses ground radar to conduct a strike, mostly relied on Sniper pod.

Their problem is availability. I need to import it to get one. The cost is double after the tax. The wife would say "no way honey" lol. Right now I'm happy with the Warthog.

I believe they read it but its high possibility down low on the list. They're busy with Hornet and Viper. Meanwhile just build your own tactics to overcome this problem (if you wanna say so) or completly avoid using the missile as I do. Cheers

I thought everybody knows that lol. I've been using that since the first day Tpod available. Tag the target from 40nm away and use SA as reference. That would be different story if mission maker decides to hide it thou....

I was tempting to order. The slew is not great but still can do its job so I don't think its critical as adding stick extention IMO. My throttle is quite new and I don't want to void the guarantee. Each has its own preference.

Couldnt agree more lol. The big problem is how to get close as possible. Once in less 10 miles the Mirage could win big time. Against the Hornet or Flanker not so a big problem. The biggest threat for Mirage is F-15 as it has TWS and kinetic energy to launch Amraam very fast.

AFAIK no. Attitude hold will not keep you steady level after dropping bomb from one of the wing station. You'd still need to trim with the exception probably as said above using heading select AP but admittedly I have not tried that.

I agree. For the Harrier to survive you need fighters cover. Ask friends to play role as CAP's and make good coordination also one of the keys to success.

May I suggest you get an extension for it. It would make it even much better. I use 7 cm extension and it become so much precise and smooth. No need to buy one if you want cheaper route. Just 3d printed it and search on the web the design you want. I got my extension for only less than $10. Cheers

Just want to give a little report about Dark Water mission. One Red BMP placed or parked (not sure) on the runway in the Sukhumi airbase. It'd block one third of the runway if it get destroyed by blue or gives nasty surprised for any red jets trying to land there. Love all the new missions. Thank you 104th [emoji106]

This! You've been found because AWACS DL. The only way to avoid this is to fly in the valley or behind a hill. On the flat terrain no matter how low and slow you're flying the AWACS most of the time will detects you even on the hover.

This thread become one of those wish list threads lol. I play along then, I think all Viper sensor should be implemented on day one : A2A & A2G radar completly with tpod (I wish we're gonna get Sniper pod instead of Litening (again) later.
