  1. Everything will be lethal, but with less range
  2. Well... It should have more range than that Atazar, Now, due to API not updates, it losses about Mach 1 when changing from TWS to active mode, so I would say a good shot should be around 70NM in good conditions of course.
  3. I'm speaking for myself, but I think I can speak in name of the comunity in this one. I think I prefer to hear that the modeler is fine, back at home and without any issue, than having a non-baked reflection cockpit right now, Health of a person is more important than a game. First things first, always!
  4. Negative, not needed to.
  5. That's DCS ;)
  6. The JF-17 uses the Link17 Datalink System
  7. Nope
  8. The PL-12 (AKA SD-10) has been used in the J-11A as a test bench, but mainly introduced in the J-11B, the J-11A is under developement of Deka Ironwok Simulation, so if you want to give him this idea, it could be doable if you put a request in the J11A module sub-forum. Appart from that, we don't really need a Fox3, because we have the R77, but, we all know that the R77 is not fine. The R77 should have a range of aprox. an AIM120B more or less, and it should have less drag at supersonic speeds thanks to his fins. My two cents in this topic, is to wait and ask again and again to ED to make the CFD to the R family, and update them. If after that we still having unreal ranges in the R family, I would consider posting in the Deka Ironwork forums a propposal to add the SD-10 in the J11A, since it is able to carry them. Have a good day!
  9. Guys, give them some time, they're making progress in the module, changes in weapons will come, I'm sure, let's give them some time.
  10. I don't see an Mk82 in a P51, so I cannot say it is possible
  11. If you press the NAV mode, it will set the NAVIGATION layout for the pages, if you change them, it will be saved as that in the memory of the plane, so, if you change to AG or AA, it will set the AG or AA layout, BUT, if you press again NAV, it will have the same pages you had before pressing AG or AA modes. If you want to reset the pages for a certain mode, you need to press S1_PRESS. And everything will be back to default. As for the custom mfd, I think each time the plane turns off it resets the pages to default, but anyway, it could be a good idea anyway!
  12. I think it is for the lightning effects, anyway, that was a big FPS hit for VR users, so it should be a lot better with that option!
  13. Do you activated it first?
  14. It will break IC? I think the answer is yes, but better to ask first
  15. In that program Chaff and Flare will be launched at same time, because they have the same program
  16. I think Spain skins are also Fictionals. Spain only has the F18A, not the C.
  17. Those S-25. Just wow
  18. For me, it should have everything it was tested in the aircraft, give me variety, give me weapons, If you want to simulate a certain period of a war, use the weapons it has been used there, but, if you want to simulate an alternative history, you need to be able to use whatever it has been used in testing, as simple as that. If you want balance, then this is not a Sim anymore, then, it would be a game, were everything is almost as equal as other planes an almost as equal as other missiles... Oh wait... It already happened... Back on topic, other planes like the M2000C doesn't have the ability to have a TGP, but, as it supports the Mk82, it uses GBU-12 (Plus other GBUs), it even uses the same dual rack. About the video of the aerodynamics of the missiles and bombs, that would be cool to see in DCS, but, is not simulated, so, I don't see the point on that. Edit: Why not to try to mod the GBU12 into the C101, and see what happens? Use DCS as a test bench
  19. I saw a missage from IronMike, saying that they were waiting to ED to fix the Phoenix
  20. But, can someone answer me a question? Why it has to be operational to be in a DCS Module? Did the C101 had a Sea Eagle in testings? Yes. Then, put it in
  21. As Flagrum said, C101 doesn't have any CCIP or CCRP capabilities, so no balistics are needed. The separation metod is exactly the same, literally, the bomb weight is almost the same, if not the same, and the Pylon is not going to brake for a difference of 5 kg or something like that (Will look for weight differences and will edit this message) Edit: MK82 = 241kg GBU-12=275 That equals a difference of 34 kg. C101 can carry heavier bombs that a GBU-12, the BR-500 weights 500kg, so that would be still inside the limitations.
  22. Answer edit 1: You are completly correct. Answer edit 2: I think the same as you in this topic, maybe never used for example (Like the bombcat), but no reason to not have it in DCS. Same with GBUs in planes like this for example.
  23. Share it, people will like to have an answer to that question! I honestly was going to say that it may not be posible, but you found a way to do it!
  24. That's, semi-correct. As you say is a "sim" (That's another discussion) so I would love to see the C101 with LGB simulated. Is that better?
