  1. Am I the only one who thinks that current A-10 MFDs look more realistic, as in more like a screen now? Previously all the text was too sharp, too "good" IMO and I kinda prefer how it looks now.
  2. It's a "bug" but in a way it should not allow this loadout
  3. Stop yelling, post track or a video of the issue and maybe someone will be able to help you
  4. The best thing would be to make your own. That way you will learn what each input does and you can customize it to your liking.
  5. IIRC this is a known problem on non 16:9 aspect resolutions, ED is aware of it but the fix is yet to be made
  6. And you will in due time. Don't be so entitled
  7. Yes. Based on the info you provided, devs have fixed it immediately and will be available in the next update. /s
  8. IIRC new users only have access to this sections so here's where they post their issues. Weird, but it's been like this for a while
  9. Public IP is what you actually need so you can port forward. If you don't have public IP (for example if you are in CGNAT) then your port forwards wouldn't work. Also, only the host needs to do the forwarding. Your friend that would connect to your server doesn't need to do any of that.
  10. Not a bug. If you go to mission editor for example, there's nothing stopping you placing multiple flights with Uzi 1 callsign. Then if you get multiple people join first slots in those flights, you will have e.g. 5 Uzi 1-1 aircraft in the air. This is up to a mission maker to fix. On the other hand, there can only be 9 flights of each callsign since DCS doesn't allow you to put 0 as the callsign number (E.g. Magic 0-6 is invalid) or put numbers higher than 9 (E.g. Magic 10-6 is also invalid), so if the mission maker has decided that Hornets take Uzi callsign, if you have more than 9 Hornet flights, you are bound to have some duplicates
  11. That would be my understanding. The MPCD gain rockers work, but trying to manually adjust TPOD gain doesn't work. That can be quite an annoyance to deal with as Auto Gain is a bit too aggressive sometimes IMO
  12. If this could get integrated into core, that's all updates the Caucasus needs to get it up to par with other maps
  13. What a surprise. You tell GPU to do less, and it gets colder... This is completely normal. 4090 is no slouch, that beast is going to get hot when run at it's max so get ready to cool it down.
  14. It's not that simple. If the GPU is getting told to work harder, it's going to work harder. That doesn't directly translate to how many FPS you get. If there are more stuff to render than before, that's additional tasking on GPU it must complete in same time it used to perform less tasks (that's just to keep your FPS the same as before) so it's going to work harder and as result get a bit hotter. Regardless of that, if your GPU is getting too hot while gaming, then you need to check your cooling. If it's simple air cooler, bump those fan speeds higher
  15. Your GPU temps going higher means your GPU is getting used more (which is good), nothing wrong with that. Play around with your GPU settings to get better cooling under high load conditions
  16. When you have 8-10 devices, this large control screen is awesome. Even more awesome on 21:9 screen as now I don't have to scroll left-right for my devices and more of them fit in the screen.

  18. Most likely he means WW2 version of Marianas.
  19. IIRC Baltic said that Harrier manual is on hold until features that are WiP are fixed, that's why he's focusing on Mudhen for now

  21. DATA color is changed separately from "regular" color. To change color of DATA page, box DATA, then box MAPM and then cycle colors. That will change your DATA page color.
  22. Nicely outlined. This should get attention of ED
  23. There most certainly is. Saw it on one of the missions I flew two weeks ago. As I built mission I knew which units belong to which coalition, and for some reason Georgie deliberately called one enemy technical as friendly . That's enough evidence for me that George is not "Eye of the Sauron" anymore and that he too can make a mistake
  24. Exactly. I thought of using those triggers to check if people bombed the part of map with certain bomb, but on testing it was obvious it won't work. Trigger just checks if the bomb/missile is in zone. Now, there's nothing bad with that as I'm certain there are uses for this type of trigger, but I'm 90% sure that mission makers would appreciate having a trigger "BOMB IMPACT IN ZONE" (Missile and rocket too, or make an encompassing trigger that works with all munition types) which checks if the bomb/missile/all other applicable types has made contact with anything in the said zone.
