Well I guess it fixed itself with use. It was my Sensor Control at 9 o’clock that was sticking. I use the original SC switch for my weapons and weapon/thumb for my sensor control, less travel for the thumb to lock and switch displays ect. The 9 o’clock position really doesn’t get used a lot as I have up for guns right for sidewinders and down for amrams so left I programmed for sparrows which are hardly used in the Hornet… for me. Now I can get it to stick but now it’s hard to do so and not like when I first got it out the box I had to force off the 9 o’clock position. And like I said before this is my 3rd F18 grip attempt and decided to keep it. The switch will loosen up through with alot of play. I got mine from the Thrustmaster eshop/us and I think it has a 1 year warranty so we’ll see how it goes from here. I do not recommend buying from an Amazon dealer. But as can see if really doesn’t make a deference it’s a hit and miss with these grips. But man I love this thing ! Good Luck “ If you ain’t Oradance you ain’t sht “ LOL …Love it !

" tweak colours/levels/saturation/vibrance etc. " Okay I haven't did none that yet so I'll check that out today. I guess it doesn't hurt to just keep it enabled. Much Thanks

Good Morning, well I have OXR and my G2 running about best it can get so do you recommend disabling the toolkit. I’m not much of a tweaker and I think it’s as good as it’s going to get as of now.

VR is really not that bad ! I just did about an hour in a bfm server with absolutely no issues, smooth and pretty damn crisp but not like a 2d scene. The thing is , you just got to take what it gives you at the moment. Kinda like golf.

Buying a new PC for DCS advice
Burt replied to Warlord64's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
I think I totally agree. I just recently changed this just because I seen a video about it. I had to max set for 32gb. I will take your advice and redo. -
unable to reproduce The Viper lost its snap !

Okay… that’s good enough for me. Edit: But there is a difference between “quit accurate and accurate. Between the two is the missing link. Thanks -
Disregard …I’m probably going to have to recal and work with the dead zone.

I noticed yesterday when I went to Show Controls that my TPR rudders were slightly to the right and not centered. I heard that the Hornet has alittle pull to the right on the ground. I also opened up win-usb controls and noticed it was not centered in it also. Any tips on how to this centered, recal? Adjustment on the TPR ?

Full circle over many years….. Monitor/TIR > VR > Monitor/TIR – an opinion.
Burt replied to Gizzy's topic in Virtual Reality
It’s like the Delta faucet commercial , build my house around this. Which is what I did when I got my first VR headset, a G2. Love the way of feeling the G’s in VR and the sense of movement and flow. But man the beauty and crispness in 2d is really unmatched especially the clouds. -

Fantastic ! -
I have the HP Reverb G2 for about a year now. Highly recommend especially for our specs. Running it with Open XR. To be honest it took about a month not a couple of weeks. It takes times.

I did to when I first started VR but I pushed through and after 2 weeks or so my brain finally adapted. The Alienware runs VR like a champ !

The highest VRam you can afford. Stay clear from 8gb vram. I personally like all my settings maxed out and not worry about performance. I mainly fly in VR but sometimes I’ll switch to 2D monitor just to see the beauty of this sim and wish VR was this crisp. But VR is fantastic too.

Go to 8:40 in the R3L and probably the real Viper as I have seen many videos on the 4 point 1/4 roll when you roll left or right the jet should snap to attention to zero when no pressure is applied. Im glad it’s not just me about this slight issue. Love the Viper ! Thanks -
Ah yes I would like to know that too I have been using NIS just because I have a NVidia card. But I think we can use either or great question

I don’t think there’s any VR game that could run 90fps with all the bells and whistles on even with the newer 13900-4090 ect. If so it will only run 90fps for a seconds. Maybe one day but difinitely not in DCS. Maybe DCS 3.0

I’m totally opposite. I get better clarity and less jitters with motion repo enabled and performance is fantastic. I’ve tried without it and no matter how much I slide things around it looks and feel terrible. G2 @90hz - 100-NIS- 100 -15%sharpness Motion repo enabled

Thanks for the update I’m gonna give it a try. It’s been a couple of weeks now and everything is running okay but I feel that somewhere-somehow I can get alittle bit more clarity in the cockpit …just alittle bit.

Same here It would be nice if there was a disable option. -
Congrats ! I’ve been loving my CM2 base with the TM Hornet grip excellent quality for sure. I will be upgrading to the Throttle hopefully in a few months.

How or why is your latest version listed as 1.023 ? A noob question.
