Hey, I learned some time ago that with same percentage on the engine RPM the fuel flow will wary depending on height/air thickness, temperature humidity etc, so I trained myself to watch fuel flow, and realised that around 5800ish pph is optimal and mach 0.65 to 0.70. I guess that's why that fuel flow indicator is positioned so high on the instrument panel, so you can glance at it easily. Must have been an important tool Mil power is, in my opinion, to be used when you are engaging targets, or in high risk zones etc, obviously you need speed to clear out if some launch happens. But when cruising on the way to area of operations I like to use fuel flow and keep it around 5800pph.

Aaaa hmm, I don't see JHMCS there. Since DCS F-16C is equipped with JHMCS I think it would be required to provide that one, not the Scorpion helmet. I can't say I saw JHMCS with clear visor, and I saw a lot of pics, might be wrong tho.

You forgot about, F-16, F-18, and the upcoming Eurofighter, and most likely Rafale, oh wait there is JF-17... But in the end they are simulating aircraft not balanced pvp battles, in most conflicts in the world today there is one advanced opponent vs one from the stone age in regards to aviation.

You can fight SU-27 or SU-33 too, those are added. Also MiG-29 etc... J-11 for example, just those on top of my head.

It is because Viper has two radios, and you need to use one set on the same frequency as your wingman. Because, fore example, if you have a friend using walkie talkie on frequency lets say 37.000 and he wants to give you some info, but you are on 27.000 you won't be able to hear him. From your track I see you don't know how to use those radios, you are trying to press COM1 and COM1 buttons to speak on the radio as I get it? You need to use the correct keybind for the specific radio. For COM1 that's Transmit Switch - UHF(call radio menu) For COM2 that's Transmit Switch - VHF(call radio menu) So there is no need to press COM1 or 2 on the ICP, find those in the keybinds. In your specific case, Press COM2 and set that frequency to 127.00 and then call COM2 radio menu and your wingman, if he has its COM2 radio set to 127.00, will be able to hear you. Also there are lots of videos on youtube about F-16 and there is this dreaded but useful F-16C manual in the game files.

Yes That's all announced officially, I guess Rafale will fit in after that, I don't expect it sooner than 2028 tbh.

Microsoft and ED are 2 different companies, plus ED has its own dev team which doesn't require other parties to do complex work. There are 2 jets out of EA recently, F/A-18c and F-16c maybe some others but anyway so ppl have some free time even tho development on those jets is not over, workload is not as much as before with those 2 mentioned jets. Ofc F-35 is coming, MiG-29 is out etc.... So with resources to allocate elsewhere they would be foolish to miss out on getting the full cake for this one, cause Rafale sales are going to be huge. That's what I think about 3rd party on Rafale. But lets wait and see.

I just hope ED will develop Rafalem don't want 3rd parties on this, and may it be F3 version.

It is not giving me trouble with any other game, software or whatever other than DCS, but we don't know for sure its G HUB.

I know you guys are trying to help, and thanks for that. I also help here from time to time. But I think the suggested app is not a valid solution. I don't use any mods, or tacview or any programs that alter or mine data from DCS, only program outside DCS that both me and SharpeXB are using is Logitech G HUB, maybe that is related to this problem?

We shouldn't be using software for some game to run, game should run on non modded windows.
