  1. Rafale assembly, interesting to watch:
  2. Fun fact: all Navy jets can land on ground airfields.
  3. It is bad if you get shot but if you avoid getting shot its really good.
  4. This seems to be bad alignment, did you do Stored or Normal alignment? if Normal you need to confirm coordiantes in first two minutes of the alignment, also aircraft can not move, not even rearm cause it may shake the jet and fail the alignment. anyway, post a track of this happening so we can see whats going on.
  5. Yes, extra weight will require more speed as you go lighter less speed is required to glide. So if you are full on weapons and fuel you are going to need more speed. And its best to use sim settings. If you want us to give you deeper analysis you can post a short track of your landing.
  6. Guys that are planning to wait for full release, I paid 49$ for pre-purchase instead of 70$ at full release, the difference is 21$, now when it fully releases it will be 21$ more for you that wait while we fly on new map and when it fully releases you'll have the same map as we do only you'll pay 21$ more for it, enough said Oh 4890 miles added mmmiles
  7. Through lots of landings and refueling I came to conclusion that game refuels the jet on the ground until internal tanks are full, so if Internal Fuel is at around 2300lbs or less and AAR door open, it will depressurize the external tanks and they will be filled up to full.
  8. I really like this one: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3306438/
  9. All I hear about Viper engine is that is very powerful, great acceleration etc etc, I can't speak from personal experience or give any evidence but DCS gives me the feeling that Viper is struggling with drag more than other planes.
  10. Nice walk around with some cockpit info:
  11. I think bumping can only get the topic locked.
  12. Then it might be this issue: Still under investigation.
  13. You have to switch to Mark Point, starts with STPT 26, or while in mark page press M-Sel to select that mark point as steerpoint.
  14. You can press and hold right mouse button on the knob and use mouse movement to fine tune your course. You can do that with all other knobs.
  15. That has been answered here: I never point track until I want to command auto handoff. That was also answered by Raptor here: You don't need to get the reason. They are replicating the real thing as best as they can. If this weapon is too complicated for you I suggest using GBU-12, also very good for moving targets. And you can point track and research.
  16. Yeah, sorry, my bad since I don't use it so I mixed things up
  17. I agree with the above poster here, This built in deadzone is creating lots of difficulties to people that have normal joysticks, it would be completely fine if we all had force feeeback sticks but 99% doesn't have those. Because of that we are having problems making precise movement cause we don't exactly know when the jet will start responding, and force applied to move the PC joystick is always the same so we have no sensation on how fast the jet will respond on our inputs. With FFB, as I understand, the harder you pull the more response you get, we don't have that feeling with PC stick. This might be great for FFB users but for most people flying F-16 it is not great. Why can't there be option to switch like Apache has? It has FFB friendly option, and 2 more options, is it possible to make such selections for F-16?
  18. Is this track bugged or you didn't fire any HARM?
  19. Yes, but nothing will change, Mav will just lock the same wrong target again so it needs to be manually slewed anyway.
  20. Make a short mission to replicate this bug you want to report, then when you are done exit, on the next screen you will have Save Track option, so save it and post it here.
