lee1hy Posted June 30, 2020 Posted June 30, 2020 (edited) I tried to make the revi16b gunsite as realistic as possible. DCS gunsight is one single image of 512x512 TGA without 3d effect. This is similar to that used in OLD IL2 1946. which is TOO OLD method, I tried to make the glow effect as realistic as possible under these limited TGA . Created a projected glass effect like the HUD of a modern fighter. So, I adjusted the thickness by referring to the actual revi16. IMO this is very useful both visually and practically. Scale of gunsight follows DCS original. nothing change scale, So you can calculate the distance with wingspan this gunsight when Cockpit FOV is Foward/Backward, the scale is automatically adjusted and adjustable in brightness. This is low JPG image. Even in daylight, it looks good without problems. This is real one Revi16 is definitely a thin gunsight and is a great for good visibility. video of reiv16b The new gunsight TGA is an IC pass. This only changes image file. I uploaded this file and is waiting for approval. Edited June 30, 2020 by lee1hy kim_123456#3214 My awesome liveries user files https://shorturl.at/cdKV5

GumidekCZ Posted July 10, 2020 Posted July 10, 2020 (edited) Your texture is blurry, small marks and circle are barely visible. When compared to RW photo, seems this texture is what I gues I would see if I have 6 dioptries on both eyes. No offense, everybody likes more less different shapes and textures, our ladies are proof of that Current DCS Revi16 is fine to me. Edited May 5, 2022 by GumidekCZ

You can brighness up revi16 in K-4, and try setting high texture option check your monitor this is normal day and normal brighness (never touched ) Several people have already tested, no problem within Edited July 10, 2020 by lee1hy kim_123456#3214 My awesome liveries user files https://shorturl.at/cdKV5

Just extract the "mods" folder from downloaded zip to your main DCS directory (or to your relevant JSGME/OvGME mods location if you use these, then enable it) and that's it. i7 9700K @ stock speed, single GTX1070, 32 gigs of RAM, TH Warthog, MFG Crosswind, Win10.
