MP Buddy Lase Desync/ Unable to follow moving targets

While in a multiplayer server, my buddy will be in an F18 and I am in a A10 Tank Killer both use Lightening t-pods. While hunting a group of moving targets, my buddy will lase them while they are moving and I use Laser Spot Search in the A10. While he tracks the group on his client, my laser spot tracking tracks the spot where he first lased and only that spot. My laser guided weapons will also proceed to go to that spot, while the F18 will see the weapon slightly miss the group he is following with his t-pod. Salut, j'ai un problème et j'espère que quelqu'un peut m'aider à le résoudre. DCS tourne nickel en solo mais dés que j'essaie de me connecter à un serveur le jeu crashe immédiatement. J'ai essayé de réparer le jeu et de baisser la qualité mais rien n'y fait. Voici le crash-log dcs.log-20240127-185506.zip

I am playing fine with the single thread. But when i open the game from bin-mt folder after a while game crashes without error code or anything. I am not using vr.

Today I was trying an Air-to-Ground mission with the SU-25T and I noticed something wrong with the compass readout of my Heading whenever I get out of any NAV mode. The problem is: When I'm in any of the Navigation Modes, the HUD reads my heading correctly, but the analog HSI compass seems to be flipped/misaligned, pointing me to a completely different heading. And when I switch to any other mode (A-G or A-A), both readings get wrong. For instance, I picked up a slot on Rota Island, where the Frogfoot spawns on ground, facing north. While still on ground, when I switch into A-G mode, the HUD changes my HDG tape reading something around 165~175-ish. The problem persists while I'm flying. The analog HSI ALWAYS reads incorrectly, regardless of what Mode I'm in. As far as I've tested, this bug doesn't happen in Single Player, only in Multiplayer and only in the Marianas map. This issue was experienced in MT in the latest Open Beta build. Cold started the F-16 in the Gray Flag PG server. I switched the aircraft to A-A on the ICP while on the ground and the game completely froze. I asked my wingman to do the same (same circumstances), and the game froze for him as well. Steps to replicate the problem: 1. Start jet from cold in a multiplayer server with multi-threading 2. Enter A-A from the ICP (on ground FCR/datalink -on) The problem was able to replicate 70% of the time in MT with 3 different users making multiple attempts. The problem did not exist when tested in Single Thread gameplay.

Yesterday, myself and a few others tried to shoot down this KA-27 which took damage (was on fire) but nothing beyond that despite many hits. Here's the Tacview; -edit: hi-res version I've seen this before with the KA-27, and I'm unsure if it was on the same MP server.

Hi, My specs (laptop): Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8300H CPU @ 2.30GHz Gforce GTX 1050 ti 16 GB RAM SSD NVME samsung 970 EVO The issue in multiplayer (I have no mods): Until last two open beta updates everything was fine. I was running 40 FPS on medium/high settings (40 is ok for me I like shadows in DCS ). After the last two updates I have momentary drops of FPS to 3-7 and then back to 40. Additionally it is not stable and going up and down all the time. It takes longer to load the map. After going out of the server it takes longer. It takes also longer to exit the game. Doesn’t matter if it’s on Multi Threading or stable version. I made some test: - I have made full repair of DCS. - Cleaned the registry. - Run DCS with low settings (all to low and off). - Use less populated server (only me) with almost no ping. - Updated the drivers and windows. - Switched off the windows defender and antivirus. - Turned off full screen optimalisation. No changes. Maxumimum FPS is 70 but it is going up and down like crazy with momentary drops to 3-7 FPS. What is strange it sometimes works fine when I restart DCS. It is totally fine in single player. I will be grateful with some suggestions or “translation” of my log (attached). The log was created while playing on low graphics settings. Thanks! dcs.log

After the updated today my DCS has started freezing on the MP server list. After narrowing down the problem, I disabled all mods, and did a full integrity check that came back clean. Really annoying bug as it is game breaking. no MP for me until it I can find a fix. I also found this old forum post which never showed an fix, either from players or patches. My issue is exactly the same just after this update, and this post is to hopefully bring this issue back up, and leave a new forum post for anyone who might find this bug in the future with a fix. Attached below is my . log file. Edit. Full Install, and Saved games clearing have not fixed the problem. Stable version worked flawlessly with all mods and other software I use for MFD's and UFC. dcs.log
