Only a question Ranger79. Some object show not match with others. Left insurgence pickup has more big as the others. Some objects need texture and 3D fix improvement.

Ok. Don't expect anything fancy, it was a quick and dirty edit in GIMP. Whenever I find the time, I'll try to make a better one.

 

The result from a few meters away looks quite convincing apart from the Beret... :music_whistling:

 

Unpack including folders. This is ready for JSGME...

All original artwork etc. done by ED, as said before it is simply the Paratrooper texture tweaked to look more Taliban :D

 

EDIT: CAREFUL! Anybody manually placing it in DCS do NOT overwrite the original Paratrooper texture! Make a backup or use JSGME.

The two technicals are different size trucks Dodge extended cab vs small jeep, will be a size difference. I agree some objects could use a texture improvement, but I only have so much time, I am a rookie at this stuff and its very time consuming. My goal in this whole thing is to get others interested to make addons for DCS World, and to put something out. Alot of people post about releasing somethings, but do not leaving alot of us wanting and waiting. Hopefully this will spur interest.

You know what another addition would be some Marsden Matting..for runway landings...just look at the helicopter pads for structure/texture..look..:thumbup:

Hmm, talking of Helicopter pads... any idea how to make DCS recognize an object as a FARP, so you can refuel, rearm and repair when near it?

@Ranger: I see that you seem to be on "a roll" when putting new 3d objects into DCS. Good work! I'm just going to drop off SilverDragons lists of 3d models currently in development/needed to be replaced, so you don't accidentally make one that is already being made by ED...

Is it able to do this:

if the pilot eject above sea, and once the pilot touches the surface, currently, the pilot will disappear. Can the pilot be replaced by this life raft mod once the pilot touches the surface?

Somehow...you have to crate a Trigger.."if Unit A dies then start Unit B" where unit A is the Plane and Unit B is the liferaft..the problem will be to place the raft where the Plane crashes

Hi Ranger,

great mod. I've installed it in 1.2.8 Open Beta. I know, we should not do that, but i want to use it there and it works fine with one exeption. The generator is not visible. Is there a possibilty to fix it? Thank you.

RGR Ranger79, In Combined Arms when a Human tries to drive a tank across a river they get stuck.

It would be nice to put an old Bridge, Abandoned years ago with no roads leading to it. Could save

time not having to go 50 miles up stream, then 50 miles back at 50 mph. Just a thought, Thanks for
