sondo214 Posted April 23, 2014 Posted April 23, 2014 I just wanted to express my gratitude for the amazing module and I beleive that I will have many that will approve my idea that at a volunteer basis if someone wants to be able to donate to the programmers some money as an apreciation for their continuous patching and improving the module we love and as a mottive to keep up their good work! What would you rhink?
Suchacz Posted April 23, 2014 Posted April 23, 2014 I would buy ANY plane for DCS World even when it is not my favourite one, just to support the devs, not only Belsimtek. And if you want to support them even more, feel free to buy their products as frequently as your bank account (and your wife maybe :smilewink:) allows you. Per aspera ad astra! badger66 Posted April 23, 2014 Posted April 23, 2014 I think your havin a laugh ..... paying to get something workin . The above suggestion sounds nice if people want to do it though .
VincentLaw Posted April 23, 2014 Posted April 23, 2014 you could give those keys away to less fortunate flight simmers...Or to non-simmers who have no interest in buying it. If you shoot enough bullets you are bound to hit something. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

MiG21bisFishbedL Posted April 23, 2014 Posted April 23, 2014 Microtransactions would get you great premium aircraft like: XFY-1 Pogo XYV-1 Salmon Yak-36 Freehand Yak-38 Forger-A (An addition $2 dollars will let you pick the load out as well as operate on cold days and another $10 will get you the Yak-38M! ) MFI-9 MiniCOIN Buy any of these premium aircraft and get alpha access to Flaming Cliffs .1a which features exciting air combat between: Wright Flyer 14bis Montgolfier Brothers' Balloon That flying bicycle from the arcade game Prop Cycle, which will prove to be deadly if you can manage to fly with on hand on the handlebars and hold the .38 special in the other (additional $1.25 charge for an upgrade to a .44 magnum). Reformers hate him! This one weird trick found by a bush pilot will make gunfighter obsessed old farts angry at your multi-role carrier deck line up!

Krunkskimo Posted April 23, 2014 Posted April 23, 2014 what a great idea! we could also have paid for consumables like extra armor, double xp, and ammo for your aircraft. Eagles is taken by another mmo as a currency name though so i think we'll have to come up with something more clever

Lizzard Posted April 23, 2014 Posted April 23, 2014 uhmm..as long as these Companys develop Stuff, and want Money for it..it it is a normal sell/buy thing..I mean I don`t go to Mc Donalds and donate a few Bucks..to get them motivated and develop new awesome Burgers My Specs: I don`t care..it is a Computer..a black one..
hansangb Posted April 23, 2014 Posted April 23, 2014 uhmm..as long as these Companys develop Stuff, and want Money for it..it it is a normal sell/buy thing..I mean I don`t go to Mc Donalds and donate a few Bucks..to get them motivated and develop new awesome Burgers I think it's completely different. Normal transactions (like McD's) is just that. Transaction. My feeling is that most people here are passionate about the sims. Which is why I have just about every module. As for separate funding, it may be more of a hassle for the company receiving the funds. Not sure what tax liabilities it would create. So I'm thinking every once in a while, but a module when it goes on sale! :) hsb HW Spec in Spoiler --- i7-10700K Direct-To-Die/OC'ed to 5.1GHz, MSI Z490 MB, 32GB DDR4 3200MHz, EVGA 2080 Ti FTW3, NVMe+SSD, Win 10 x64 Pro, MFG, Warthog, TM MFDs, Komodo Huey set, Rverbe G1
