Alternatively, one of Leo Bodnar's Joystick controllers; http://www.leobodnar.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=86&products_id=205 (simple version of the BU0836X, without the analog inputs).

Add laser-cut panel and switches to that ... DIY build. Only need a good panel layout file for laser cutting. Perhaps Leatherneck could help there?

I have a Logitech X45 and I think I will be using the built in Macro Language for this addon, which is a good thing, MORE realistic the better.

The X45 allows looping and delays, so 1 press could easily do multiple things in the right order.

Indeed. Lots of options and possibilities are there and should be well worth the effort.

Having a manual will be a great advantage too!

It's just some sloppy writing -- not hebrew.

Oh its definitely Hebrew! you can be sure of that. Written in free hand font.

In regular Hebrew script it would look like:

.עלא אלאערג מ.מ

We can't understand what it means because its most likely shortened acronym of something the pilot wanted to remember, and the last two are probably the initials of the pilot who wrote this message (M.M.).

Anyhow its a good idea to have that conversion table on an area that is otherwise empty. Please keep it :)

Cheers

Sure it's not just badly written Cyrillic? My Latin handwriting is awful but my Cyrillic handwriting looks ok.

Just a shame I can't spell any words in a Slavic language (or Mongolian I guess)

I concede! :D

I believe this note was pasted on a Bulgarian aircraft, would be interesting if it was indeed hebrew (the story behind that!)

Glad you like it, and yes, it'll remain. Someone on a different forum requested a note-less texture version, and I'll probably upload that at some point after release (also the blank note version that you can write whatever you'd like on).

Cheers!

I think that if this module is moduled as good as the these guys say it is,(...)

The MiG-21bis is the first hardcore module in DCS, which I want to study from A to Z, since the A-10C ... besides the Hawk, when its released. ;)

I think I'll have to build a cockpit for that one... But I'm not yet sure where it should fit in :music_whistling:

A-10C, MiG-21, Hawk and F-18C.

That's a personal airforce to be proud of I should think.

Give me the aircraft now or New Zealand declares war on all of Europe (eastern, western and maybe even that little bit of Turkey).

Based on these images, it now looks like a real plane in the unreal DCS world (to me).

And this is why I'm getting it as soon as DCS World 2.0 is released. Hope it happens this year. Flying this beast in the old world is just not right.

What a ridiculous statement.

I'll fly this thing in an 8bit TETRIS world if that's what was given to us. :pilotfly:
