ApoNOOB
Anyone else who used the FARP texture mod has now problems with farp texture? Tried to delete all the files that the mod used but the problem persists... I mean this mod: http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/771998/ + the recommended. edit: nevermind, note to self: double and triple check before you post.. :P Edited September 17, 2014 by ApoNOOB
Dr_Arrow
Some MiG-21 AI fixes as well IIRC. Well a two ship AI Mig-21 (or any other plane) is still not able to land normally :no_sad: - I reported this some six months ago... Above that, Ka-50 or Mi-24 still does not engage with their guns...I would rather like to see those improvements above all else, as these are pretty basic AI skills.
REDEYE_CVW-66
I get error as well. Have made a MP mission with 6 x f15c client slots. Tested and used many times. Now the mission loads and places me in a Mig-29... Not å client btw. Gonna try copy from "aircrafts" to "aircraft" now.

Fivebyfive
Ok this is a bit confusing. Does the DCS client auto-update when patches come out? I don't seem to have downloaded anything. Also, the links above seem to take me to the "Download the whole DCS world" page.

It only checks once a day for new versions, but you can manually force it to check for new updates any time by calling: "C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\bin\DCS_updater.exe" update There are also full installers: Large files that - depending on your internet connection speed - could take long to download, but are useful when you run into problems. SkateZilla
So what your saying is. lanmancz
Wow, ED upgraded upload speed for their update server or what ? My download rate in auto updater just peaked at 14.8 MB/s - so far I was used to 300 kB/s with auto updater so I always downloaded the torrent and did complete reinstall. Not anymore. Very nice! edit: and MiG 21 is released 1 day ahead of schedule ? When I get home this afternoon, I should Copy my /Aircrafts/ folder and make a /Aircraft/ Folder before runnin' the updater Fwiw ... I got my DCS updated without errors. But the updater downloaded and installed all my modules (950 MB) to place them in the new "aircraft" folder - and left the old "aircrafts" folder untouched. After I found out about it, I simply deleted the old folder (I am wasting already enough disk space with several installations ;o).

Pepec9124
Interesting, I have updated both Open Beta and Release. In release I have only "aircraft" dir while in Beta there are both "aircraft" and "aircrafts". My modules are installed only in Beta. Edit. Tested, F-15C is F-15C. Clean mission. SkateZilla
Are you talking about moving the aircraft located in 'Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Mods\aircrafts to 'Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\CoreMods\aircraft' nope it make another /Aircraft/ Folder (without the "S") on the end in the same place as the old /Aircrafts/ Folder.
