So yeah basiclly as the title says something similer to the rocket bug on the Ka-50. Just broke my wings of on purpose and the Mavericks and Aim-9s were still hanging in the air. I can provide screens and track if needed

Known problem, I've seen it mentioned a lot during the last couple of weeks, apparently affecting most, if not all, modules. Hopefully it'll be fixed with 1.2.14, not sure about it though.

PS: Breaking wings is bad for aerodynamics, you shouldn't be doing that. :D

Yup, still saw it yesterday when an AIM-7 demonstrated the effect on my MiG-21... :music_whistling:

I haven't been following this issue so no clue whether a fix is in the making, but seeing as it's only esthetical, I guess ED have more important things to do right now.

It seems to happen to AI controlled AH-64 aswell.

Just shot down an apache and the hellfires on the left "wing" where floating despite there being no left wing.

Didnt have the foresight to take a screenshot though.

I was just about to post this problem, too.

On a multiplayer session on Sunday, one of the guys got too close to AAA and...

as already said, it happens quite often. Doesn't seem to me that was happening in earlier versions, at least at some point.

Still present in 1.2.16. I couldn't even jettison my weapons.

Proof(you can see the aim9s floating):

"A solider should never fight because he hates what is in front of him, he should fight because he loves what is behind him."

Also worth noting, this isn't A-10C only, I've seen that happen on MiG-21, Su-27, and if I recall correctly on Su-25s too.

Wishlist: F-4E Block 53 +, MiG-27K, Su-17M3 or M4, AH-1F or W circa 80s or early 90s, J35 Draken, Kfir C7, Mirage III/V
