Raven68 Posted June 3, 2016 Posted June 3, 2016 If I may be so bold to ask, but has anyone besides myself notice no update to 1.5 or 2.0 this week?? :music_whistling: Intel i5-9600K @ 3.7GHz; Gigabyte Z370XP SLI Mobo; G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 64GB (4 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 4080 16GB 256-Bit GDDR6; Thermaltake Water 3.0 Certified Liquid Cooling System Windows 11 Professional HP Reverb G2 /TrackIR 5 in case VR dies; Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog w/ Thrustmaster T-Flight Rudder Pedals
msalama Posted June 3, 2016 Posted June 3, 2016 Well my leisurely answer to that would be that there's been no update to the v1.5b at least. The DCS Mi-8MTV2. The best aviational BBW experience you could ever dream of.

Flagrum Posted June 3, 2016 Posted June 3, 2016 A quick info by ED about the weekly patch not being released today would have been highly appreciated, tbh. Could have saved some disapointment that none of the anticipated updates and bug fixes for the Gazelle and the M-2000C, that we are waiting for weeks(...ish), are not coming this weekend.

Flagrum Posted June 4, 2016 Posted June 4, 2016 Patches Every week was Never Stated, One Should not outgoingly expect one EVERY Week. It was like that for months now. Not sure if there were even exceptions - or at least unannounced exceptions from that habit, that ED has established. So, because it was like that in the past ... the conclusion we should draw from that is, that the next time it will probably not be like that again. Sounds logical...
Flagrum Posted June 4, 2016 Posted June 4, 2016 What if today IS an exception...effective and fair deductive reasoning requires three statements to be fulfilled: -factual data collection -consider the possibility of being wrong -reverse the point of view I am not sure what you are trying to tell me here. What factual data are you talking about, about what fact might I be wrong about and what point of view of mine shall change because of that? Remember, we are all aware that it is not a law of nature that ED releases regular patches. We are just talking about a two-liner of customer communication ...

some1 Posted June 4, 2016 Posted June 4, 2016 Patches Every week was Never Stated, One Should not outgoingly expect one EVERY Week. ED Team BIGNEWY Posted June 4, 2016 ED Team Posted June 4, 2016 ED does communicate, when there is a patch the patch notes go up, when there is not they don't. Sometimes patches are more frequent sometimes not, it depends on the workload and the release schedule ED have. Forum rules - DCS Crashing? Camembert Posted June 4, 2016 Posted June 4, 2016 When nothing is available for release how about if ED release a patch with nothing in it to keep some people happy about having weekly patches released?
ED Team BIGNEWY Posted June 4, 2016 ED Team Posted June 4, 2016 (edited) When nothing is available for release how about if ED release a patch with nothing in it to keep some people happy about having weekly patches released? Drag0nWIng Posted June 4, 2016 Posted June 4, 2016 how the news about spitfire, hornet and upgraded fc3 airplane? it's almost half year passed since last newsletter... and what will be the next aircraft module made by official after the hornet, as well known, hornet is a really long term plan for ed, nearly 5 or 6 years, so what's the next one... the most interesting thing is always the future...
