Main question though, is the lag issue from 1.5 fixed in 2.0 mp

Really missing my mo sessions at mo, but due to the lag no one can play.

Yes definitely, netcode seems way more stable. I even had( finally) my first formation flight with an l-39. Beautiful bird indeed.

ED has submitted a poll recently asking what improvement we would like the most and the dynamic campaign won the first place iirc.

Let's hope it might happen, eventually.

Wow......Did some extensive Huey flying this morning before I had to head out to the V.A.

Man is this thing sick or what? Unbelievable. My FPS is pretty healthy now, as opposed to the first flight. I guess my vid card went into shock the same way I did when I first started.

I am still kind of missing the Statue of liberty and Eiffel tower, I Sincerely hope that these will be implemented later at some point. But if not.....I won't complain. This map is pretty intense.

I do have a request though. E.D.: Do not make a Paris map, or a New York Map, or a Moscow map, or any more big city maps. I will lose my job, my wife, my house!!!! I'll never leave my computer. I will find a way to live in the virtual world. I'll eat virtual fast food from the virtual restaurants while starting my own virtual air cargo business. Please E.D., show me some mercy!!!

Thanks for clearing that up then.

How about Dubai? :P

But yeah, this map is amazing! I took some time to tour around in the Huey before hopping in the P-51D to go check out some of the surrounding areas. Fantastic job!

Did circuits in the Sabre and Hawk this evening. I was amazed, because after setting the Sabre to start at Nellis (no task, just placed on the pan), I jumped in and flew my circuit, then went into the editor to place the Hawk at Creech, not realising that the Sabre was still placed at Nellis.

So it was a very pleasant surprise, whilst flying the Hawk, to spot the Sabre doing circuits at Nellis. I didn't know they actually flew without a flight plan being entered. "Cooooool!" as the kids say!

I live in Boulder City, Nevada and was so excited when this area was offered in DCS and immediately bought it when I saw it offered. It was a long download but definitely worth it since I got to buzz my house in Boulder City (or roughly where my house is supposed to be) in the Fw-190. I'm sure the neighbors were terrified to see a WW2 German plane roaring so low overhead.

I have a mid range rig and the frame rate was suffering but it's so cool to be able to get away from the Black Sea after 10+ years! Can't wait to take the MiG-21bis out and break some windows over the Strip at supersonic!

That sounds like an episode of Alfred Hitchcock the Twilight Zone. Or maybe Stephen King could do it better.

Took the A-10C up on the Instant Action "NEVADA Vegas tour". There simply are no words. This is great!! and it's an "Alpha". One can only imagine what these folks at ED are ultimately going to bless us with. Only complaint, and not really one at all, was that I was paying so much attention to getting through the green "gates" that I wasn't able to do too much sight-seeing of the terrain. But when it takes you low over the trees and houses, it all looks surreal. Do yourself a favor if you have the A-10C, fly that loop.

Thanks for the tip! Didn't even know we had that mission (and others) hidden away there. I edited the mission so I can fly it with the L39C :)

Great job team. Did some flying around the pass two days, and amazing detail. Some nice surprising eye candy like the cars, racing around the Nevada speedway. :) Running everything on max settings and FPS stay at 60 all over the city. :D. I am almost ashamed to say that I even flew over the original map. :)

Finally first flight. Graphics set to high, depth of field off, flat shadows on. Most of the time over 60fps. Very low over Las Vegas ~30fps, but still playable and this is not even beta.
