Yes, I got that crazy shaking too, plus I have the additional issue of "Showing the control indicator being on" at the mission start...and I can't turn it off. It does not respond to the key command entry of RCNTRL + Enter.

Yep, me too. You can temporarily tame the violent cockpit shake issue by turning down cockpit shake to 0 in options. It seems to be broken.

The other issues I'm having are no external sound and unable to dismiss control indicator with RCTRL + Enter.

If the cockpit shake is set to 0 your view will still jerk downwards when going into the yellow zone on the AOA indicator. I'm using TrackIR but it also happens when using mouse or hat switch to control the view.

DCS modules are built up to a spec, not down to a schedule.

In order to utilize a system to your advantage, you must know how it works.

Sounds like you maybe have g simulation in cockpit view turned on..

I dont fly 2.0 but might want to try turning that off in options. Its different from mig21s cockpit shake.

I turned both off. The MiG-21 has setting in the special options for cockpit shake, turned this to zero and the head movement by G-forces to off, still having violent shaking. Reminds me of a bug with the Mi-8 when you start to descend where your head also moves abruptly.

Has the unable to remove "control indicator" with RCTRL + Enter been resolved?

Fired up Mig-21 in Nevada after a long time & I still see the "control indicator".

I've got the spazzing F1 view too, but only in 2. Tried everything. It's like intermittent vertical phase shift.

Same for me. Shaking only occurs while moving on the ground or flying. So could be relate to the headmovement-feature!

It's really not even a shake. It's an intermittent snap or jerk. It's REALLY terrible.

If so many people have this bug, is there a vid to show the rest of the world?

And are you using TrackIR or any other headtracking device? Any mods that might affect viewpoint in the cockpit??

I mean... it isn't really much use just saying that something is wrong. I am very curious about this bug, how does it look?

Ok so I seemed to fix the issue at least for me, set the head shake option high on the slider then ok, then go back in and set the option back to 0 on the slider, I also turned off G effects head, and so far the screen doesn't shack anymore.

Also happens in DCS 1.5.4.55169

This also happens in my 1.5.4.55169 installation. I couldn't fix it by setting the cockpit shake slider or disabling head movement.

I even deleted the whole personal DCS folder to get rid of faulty settings to no avail. dcs_updater.exe repair say everything is fine...

When I start a mission, everything is fine as long as the briefing screen is still open. I can use TrackIR and there is no shaking. But as soon as I click OK it starts to wobble and shake...

Edit1: It only seems to be happening in the mission "MiG21_EN_single_m0_Round_the_map_EASY". Playing custom missions seems fine...

Edit2: Actually, it's fine as long the airplane is inside a HAS. As soon as you leave the HAS it starts shaking...
