After a short bit of research this is what I have found.

"The Hump was the name given by Allied pilots in the Second World War to the eastern end of the Himalayan Mountains over which they flew military transport aircraft from India to China to resupply the Chinese war effort of Chiang Kai-shek and the units of the United States Army Air Forces based in China. Creating an airlift presented the USAAF a considerable challenge in 1942"

Don't have a clue if it is correct or not but it sounds reasonable.

I have made it over many "humps" in my lifetime. Some were a pleasure, some were mundane (can't remember all of their names) and some were just Wednesday's including yesterday, but yesterday's gone.

Considering this is coming from a Dev and if it is a reference to the Himalayas, just maybe they are working on a new map. If not, then this is pretty silly.

Kinda looks like Mount Suribachi.

My first thought as well. Not because I'm the expert of the geometry of Mt Suribachi :D, but after the infamous LN plans "wiki leak", that seems to be the most simple answer.

Wouldn't mind some CBI in the future though!

+ 1 for Mount Suribachi

So does this mean the new terrain technology that put the F4U project on hold has become available and everything will proceed as planned?

Why is this thread?

I`m afraid that LNS are not only lacking massively in transparently and communication , they also like to tease (troll?) their customers , very disrespectful IMO , learn a page or two from other devs on this forum.
