I wouldnt rush to watch any, thousands of people on the same 4G Towers, No Live Stream is going to be Higher than 360p 750Kbit. Unless Someone Jacks into the Local Wired Network. People should record 4K w/ their Phones and upload it on the Hotel Wifi... Facebook's Ingestion Servers for Live Video is also the problem... Too Many users, and they throttle everyone...
