I consolidated some v2 calibration references and videos on the website here . https://pointctrl.com/instructions/  I know the instructions are a bit of a mess between the different versions.

Hopefully this helps, videos are not really in my wheelhouse.

Finally finished with switching PointCTRL over to resin cases. This should speed up production significantly.

is this normal are they not up to July yet?

Just an easy question: how to know if FCUs V2 are fully charged? USB tester says my USB are 5V; il I plug the FCUs with the magnetic cables a blue light turns on. Blue = charged?

blue light out, while on charger = fully charged

Thanks. Can you tell me also how to configure the 6 additional pushbuttons connected to the HMD (not the FCU's ones)?

Manual says they are qwerty by default, but it seems not.

Moreover, 1st and 3rd right button do not give inputs (the red led does not blink if I click), while they work only if I keep the 2nd right button pressed.

Is this normal?

The aux buttons are qwerty but they are also sensitiv to the right connector. If you don't get that indication, you might try to switch connectors (I was lucky to get them right in the first place) 

 

What I do, if the FCU acts up (got a early FW model), I remove the frond lid and briefly disconnect the battery, that resets the FCU. Helped every time, so far. If that doesn't help, contact @MilesD, he is pretty eager to provide great support.

Ok, they are qwerty if configured in DCS, but I have a problem on the right one: two buttons work only if the third is pressed, as if it was a modifdier.

 

It was a faulty wire, solved thanks to MilesD

I read somewhere it's almost mandatory to provide some slack for the usb cable of the headset sensor to improve the lifespan, it's that right?

Hey Tundra, I sent you a DM on Discord, We will get another one out to you.  It is important to use the included zip tie to secure the USB cable to the integrated cable support on the HMS.

yes there was a 6-8 weeks hipcup but production is moving again.
