Quick question, So my server is running, Im assuming when i turn my PC off the server shuts down automatically? Or will it stay up running?

It will fail to autostart first time because mission list is empty. You are supposed to edit mission list via WebGUI and then start the server. Next time it will autostart.

 

I have completed this but my server as well will not autostart a mission. I have to open the WebGUI and click the start button. Missions were added to the list and for good measure I saved the list file too.

Is there solution to work with Tacview without 10min delay?

There is no option to set, also no scripts folder and no plugins line codes for tacview in options.lua.

 

Maybe tacview work (didn't wiat 10min), but for now is empty.

Yea i know, and i had started it up and got stuff in ServerSettings.lua still wouldnt start.

Once i used my OLD serversettings.lua then it started, but with the new i just wouldnt start...

I'm running it on a VM, However, I'm running ESXi on a whitebox, which has Intel iGPU.

on which i was able to run the "old" DCS. (albit at like 3 fps or so)

 

currenlty with either "--norenderer" or with the new Dedicated server install, it seems OK.

Despite getting an installation successful message there is no DCS.EXE file so the updater fails to run. Any ideas?

I know a friend do exaclty this. He starts the dedicated server and his instance as player from the same installation. But I think he uses the -w paramter for the server to use another folder for configuration files.

Hmm, no you don't need it.

Okay, can you please, install it again, but before the final click and starting the download, post your autoupdate.cfg from the install folder.

Also note, after I pressed download it took only a few seconds. All that is in the bin folder is DCS_Updater.EXE.
