Eldur
No, it was never stated it would be in this update. It is not in this one. Exactly. In an upcoming Open Beta we will be adding the Pilot Identification (PLID) function to the Situational Awareness (SA) page. He didn't say which. Joke : it is possible to do slower than slow? Yes. Try getting a medical appointment in Germany. Took me two years in one case and another one almost made me blind. So this is no joke at all, but hard reality. You might ask why. The answer is simple: Economy. Compared to that ED is instant, even with some delays that probably are needed. By the way, I've yet to come across a doctor who apologizes for me having to wait for months or even years without treatment... By the way, a very well-known Early Access software that literally everyone uses here (except for me, since I still run it's pre-predecessor), still has Alzheimer's (since version 6.o at least) and is unable to save it's bloody settings properly. The responsible company is either unable or unwilling to fix these issues in well over a decade... waiting for something at ED's is a blink with one eye compared to that. Sorry but it’s a plan. Exactly. They never work out. Never ever. Not IRL. You're better off not having one at all. Saves you a lot of stress.
backspace340
Curious as to what happened to MSI...? Two weeks ago it was working with wags in his internal build, then it released into OB with its main function broken. (no datalink on radar, only fused tracks) Nineline said on discord that some of the Hornet fixes didn't make it in to this build and they're planning another open beta next week with those fixes - hopefully the MSI fixes are in next week's OB. tintifaxl
We constantly get updates for the Hornet and I can sense the missing features are just around the corner. I'm confident development will speed up as an (surely sorely missed) avionics specialist is back at work after a year long break. bigalsunit
Maybe a few images relating to TGP development might settle everyone down. We have images of the Harpoon which just entered internal testing yet nothing with regards to the TGP which has been in testing for quite a while now. Just saying it might be worth a shot. We have seen the TGP being on the aircraft in pretty much every Wags video lately. Intel i7-12700K @ 8x5GHz+4x3.8GHz + 32 GB DDR5 RAM + Nvidia Geforce RTX 2080 (8 GB VRAM) + M.2 SSD + Windows 10 64Bit DCS Panavia Tornado (IDS) really needs to be a thing! Silver_Dragon
We have seen the TGP being on the aircraft in pretty much every Wags video lately. A old Lantirn TGP updated on the 2.5.5, but we dont see a "functional" TGP screen working on hornet yet, only a funny 3D model put on a Lua as cargo. All need take care and wait news. The actual litening on 2.5.5: local fuselageLeft = { { CLSID = "{8D399DDA-FF81-4F14-904D-099B34FE7918}" }, -- AIM-7M { CLSID = "{AIM-7F}" }, { CLSID = "{AIM-7H}" }, { CLSID = "{C8E06185-7CD6-4C90-959F-044679E90751}" }, -- AIM-120 { CLSID = "{40EF17B7-F508-45de-8566-6FFECC0C1AB8}" }, -- AIM-120C -- { CLSID = "{A111396E-D3E8-4b9c-8AC9-2432489304D5}" }, --Litening } Edited July 4, 2019 by Silver_Dragon
ED Team NineLine Posted July 5, 2019 ED Team Share Posted July 5, 2019 Well that didn't last. When there is an update plan, Wags usually gives an update, otherwise watch the patch notes. Next Open Beta is next we providing no issues. Forum Rules • My YouTube • My Discord - NineLine#0440• **How to Report a Bug**
