Jona33 Posted August 16, 2012 Posted August 16, 2012 Might be like on the Mig-29, alternate air intakes on the ground to prevent FOD. Always remember. I don't have a clue what I'm doing

Bucic Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 The fuselage of M-346 and Jak looks like a torso of a fat swift. Or a regular pigeon :) F-5E simpit cockpit dimensions and flight controls Kill the Bloom - shader glow mod Poor audio Doppler effect in DCS [bug] Trees - huge performance hit especially up close
marcos Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 Not had a trip to the Lake District all year because of the rain we've had in the UK. Was really glad to see these 2 Tornados! Most likely from RAF Fairhaven.
joey45 Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 Super Hornet at Farnborough ... sorry if it was already posted. vid... I was there..... damn loud that plane is... I think the Vulcan is quieter though... The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance. marcos Posted August 18, 2012 Posted August 18, 2012 Not sure what I'm looking at here? AH-64 maybe with what missiles?
Yurgon Posted August 18, 2012 Posted August 18, 2012 Engine, rotor blades, mast mounted radar, wing, paint and tail section all point to AH-64 (AH-64D, to be more precise). But I have no clue what those missiles are other than that they look like mock-ups.
joey45 Posted August 18, 2012 Posted August 18, 2012 (edited) It's from the Raytheon webshite so at a guess mock up of Hellfires. But they look different from Hellfires. hellfire >> http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/1/1b/Lockheed_Martin_Longbow_Hellfire.jpg and it's not a Brimstone either >> http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/a/a9/Brimstone_missile_at_RAF_Museum_London.JPG Edited August 18, 2012 by joey45 The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance. Cp Posted August 18, 2012 Posted August 18, 2012 Those would be Joint Air-to-Ground Missiles (JAGM), which if everything goes to plan (which it didn't for its predecessor, the joint common missile) will replace all hellfire, tow and maverick missiles. On the inboard station theres a rack of longbow hellfires.
