very good vid. Who done the voice over..? better then the last one.

The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.

433MB HOLY CRAP!!!! THIS IS SOOO AWESOME!!:)

thanks Wags!

The size of the video would've been alot smaller if the sound compression was better. :)

Right now it's at "9644 kbps". To compare, the sound compression of my last movie, "Edge", is at "3173 kbps".

Hmm, 3173kbps is a lot by itself ...

According to the headers in Edge.wmv, the video stream uses less! (3017kbps)

Video normally takes up much more space than audio.

I think DVD video with 5.1 surround doesn't use 3mbps all the time :o

Well, i'm no "render" guru, i just use the settings that i'm familiar with, gives good quality, and reasonable download size ;)

I tried it about eight times, magically started working. I think you just need to worm your way in through the 20,000 people who are surely downloading it now.

Did you use VBR? (variable bit rate)

If you check the size of the video (~129 "mebibyte" for 6'01"), then it appears the actual bitrate (audio + video) is about 3 mbps.

Well, I guess I must be doing something wrong then...

I've been trying all evening, with no luck.

nice vid! it looks much more streamlined now, fast and to the point! nice vid indeed! i don't know whether casual gamers might like it or not, but i sure do and i'm quite sure that any flight sim fans would do too .

6dof demonstration, lot's of switches and gauges that are fully functional, whats not to like?

but if i may give some inputs about the nicely made vid is that, there's very little footage on the rotating rotor(which is a tall tale sign of a flight ready helicopter) and there's no takeoff/liftoff what so ever in the vid. i wouldn't even know that the helicopter has been started if it weren't for the moving gauges. it's like doing foreplay without getting the rewards lol! :joystick:

it's just some constructive inputs(i hope) that i have, not trying to bash or anything, if anything i should be thankful there's a video upload of the latest build at all.

but then again i guess there's another video for comin for takeoff procedures right? :smilewink:

thanks for the vid loved it, keep up the good work!

For those that constantly getting the annoying white screen like I did for million times before I got through, I'm rendering it with movie maker so I can upload it to youtube; it'll be done in about 30 minutes. Patient.
