I've uploaded the Foudre to my new DCS World Mods website. Linke is below. Enjoy!

Thank you 👍 just found this ship today ... it looks really nice, you are so kind to share it with the community 🥰

The only trouble that I've had with it, is that it does not show up when the country is set to Chile, forcing me to use it as part of "Joint Forces"  😞  but no biggie

Hi Eduardo

Strange? The version I downloaded seems to work correctly - just check the  LPD_Foundre.lua file, found under Database/ Navy folder.

At the bottom should read:   GT.Countries = { "France", "Brazil", "Chile", };

If not, just add the countries you want or block with -- before, to show under ALL countries e.g.  -- GT.Countries = { "France", "Brazil", "Chile", };

Hi,

It was my mistake, I must be getting old 🤔  ... I re-checked, and I can get it as a chilean unit now:

Amazing how close to the real ship is this model:

Now looking for a plausible helo to place on its deck, as the Gazelle doesn't really fit the bill  🙂

Thanks again for a very useful ship addition, particularly for my South Atlantic missions.

I see you guys are active over here. Thanks for your continued interest in the AI Ship mods. I really appreciate it.

We have a long way to go with regard to building a NATO and Russian Fleet but we will get there one ship at a time.

Thanks HawaiianRyan, I appreciate that. You all's contributions can go a long way with regard to creating more great mods.

Thanks for the Liveries Urbi. HighMaintenance also created some beautiful Chinese and Russian Liveries as well. Some samples of his work is below. HighMaintenance, if you like you can post your work here as well to share with the community if you like. Thanks.

Thanks ggrewe,  I normally add the script at the very bottom of the ships main lua file just above add_surface_unit (GT);  -- Also, if for some reason a mod doesn't appear in DCS. Check to make sure the add_surface_unit (GT) has been added.

GT.Countries = {'China', 'Russia', 'Argentina',};

Rudel, happy to see you worked it out.

bbtbmb the USS Kidd is being reworked as we I write. I found a much better 3d model with better bones. The Kidd at the moment is a Sketchup model. It was the best model i could find at that time. When the Bowen and the Kidd was created I was still learning how to create mods. Still learning.

Thanks everyone.

Yeah ... it was my mistake, the years seem to be catching up with me 😞

Thanks a lot for all the bautiful ships you have made available on DCS, they add so much ambiance to naval missions .. both as mission targets or as background fleet movements 🙏

It must be catching Rudel ... I started to clean out my socks drawer a few days ago and I found a half eaten jam sandwich in there, corners nicely curled up.

Cant even remotely remember when I last made a jam sandwich ... 🥴

Hi Admiral189,

I like realism, so i decided to update / create the Wake files of two of your ships, the "Tarantul corvette" and the "USS Bainbridge CG-25".

I intended to update some more, but i read that you are in the process of updating your old ships (USS Constellation and USS Kidd), so tell me if you prefer doing it yourself, or if my (little) work will let you gain time.

I see i'm not the only one that eat P & J Sandwiches. That is kind of weird place for a sandwich to be though Eddie. 😆

Thank you Rudel. I appreciate it. I will keep creating them as long as i'm able.

Thanks Flag02004. I do realize i need to work backwards and update some of the older AI Ships i created.

I am working on a couple Missile boats that will be released in the near future. Once i'm almost done i will post some photos here. I will give you all a hint. Their Nick name is Mosquito.

Thank you all. Stay Tuned!

Hello, first of all thank you for making so many excellent ships.I met a problem.I recently downloaded LHA6 and the game's framerate dropped severely when the camera was turned to it.

Hey Flag, Honestly not sure where those foreign objects are coming from but as mentioned she will be recreated. I will check mine to see if I see them as well.

Supersylph, Thanks for that update. Cattmury has been working on an updated version of her. I will take her down and upload the latest version.

After I release the next AI Ship Mod. I will start working backward on the older mods. Thank you all for notifying me of the Mod issues. You can also PM me if you have issues.

Below is a Taiwanese version of the Kidd. A few of the Kidd DDGs were sold to Taiwan.  The USS Kidd, Callaghan, Scott, and Chandler. I will also create a Spruance version of the model as well. Everything that's colored will be removed from the Spruance Class and replaced.

Admiral - I am not seeing that anomaly being reported by flag02004.  It might be a graphics card issue or something, but no sign of it on my game.

Aloha,

Same for me: no trace of such anomalies

Thanks, Eddie and Marroux, it does seem weird by the placement of it but I see it on my end as well but it has been corrected. It was a stray object. See below. Thanks for checking checking for me.

I think he means the Sovremenniy class. Its AA missiles have insane range and energy retention. It will engage and hit flanking targets up to 80nm whereas the real range should be something around 20nm (like the ingame SA-11).

Thanks for the quick response! Now all that's left is fine tuning:)

If you place a land Buk and a ship nearby on the shore and launch a target towards them, you will notice the difference. Sea Buk is still very strong. It attacks high-altitude targets (22 km) with a stated maximum altitude of 15 km, and also attacks low-flying targets (anti-ship RBS) flying at an altitude of 6 meters, with a stated lower limit of 10 meters.

Thanks, Slyfa, yeah I see I added one too many zeros. Distance is actually 30 km at Mach 3.

Please try the attached update below and let me know what you all think. PM me your thoughts. Thanks.

Project_956_Admiral_Ushakov SA-N-11 Update 1.0.1

https://ln5.sync.com/dl/f79b603f0/j5ybxcvd-9ucwqeut-iy85d54s-j7g2gee2

Tried the new files. The engagement range got better but the missile is still way too fast. It will accelerate to almost mach 6 (3800 knots). That's out of this world missile performance.  Its land-based counterpart on the other hand (Sa-11) only goes about mach 3 which is reasonable.
