To my knowledge, Su-25T and other Flaming Cliffs era aircraft do not have a flashlight yet, even though the flashlight keybinding exist for each of them. Maybe I'm confusing the planes, but I remember a green buttons array on the right side, and one of them was illuminating or maybe blinking while activating ECM. I think you're referring to the short range navigation panel. Two rows of illuminating buttons. Top row, selected airfield in return or landing mode. Bottom row, selected waypoint and return mode indication. The current indications are the switch position and the HUD indicator.
