Ok so I worked out my error, in backing up the original UH-1H.lua I renamed it to old, but left it in the folder & it was conflicting. Make sure you remove the original file completely if anyone runs into same issue. Cheers

With OvGME you can install/uninstall without problem, backup is automatic

I'll definitely be doing more experimenting! Thanks heaps. I thought I'd throw my first look up in vid, along with rest of assets, in case it catches some peoples eye who haven't seen mods. ED should put the community work in a newsletter spotlight.

I like the end part of the video, too.  Like how that rotor flies off.  What happens if you land on the train and then it enters a tunnel?   

Driving those cars on roads in southern Caucasus map is fun, too!  I used a Thrustmaster steering wheel!  And I set up a spaced-out series of about 20 cars and trucks.  Makes it somewhat like realistic civilian traffic on a mountain highway, even at night.

Hi EightBall. Would you consider making a similar attachments mod for the Kiowa so we could transport soldiers in benches emulating the MH-6 Little Birds?

The Kiowa could emulate the Little Birds for some very interesting missions.

We're looking into adding that to the OH-6 but I don't plan on making any more "attachments" mods, they are too limited and too tedious to do properly

Thanks for the answer Eight Ball. I do understand however it is a bit sad to hear since the OH-6 lacks some of the navigational and night operation capabilities of the Kiowa Warrior for missions where we wanted to "emulate" the MH-6M capabilities.

makes me really want to get back in the huey again!  those were the days...when is this aircraft going to be brought to todays standards? Even the Mustang was eventually fully updated, and it came out not even a year prior to the UH-1H...
