Still appears to be an issue. The track I have isn't useable for debugging since I have A-6 statics parked on the deck, but I'll see if I can reproduce with no mods. I notice OP's screenshot also appears to have the EA-6B mod parked on deck, which I have as well. Could be an issue with that mod, but I've flown lots of missions online with that mod parked and only just now had the JBD on Cat2 issue.

Bump.  This is still an issue.  The JBD on Cat 3 stayed up for hours on an MP mission last night.  You can imagine how much fun it was to land 😎.

So my wingman and I lined up on cats 3 and 4 during our first mission.  His ground crew ignored him so he moved over to cat 2.  As soon as he departed for cat 2 the JBD came up and never went back down.

Had the same issue in our server tonight except I was the only one who could see it. Everyone else landed on fine, I took the risk and blew up (Cat 3, F-14s only, no AI landing or taking off, ST)😭

@NineLine It's still an issue. After unsuccessfull launch (no reaction from the ground crew on my plane on the position), the deflector got up, and never get down, even if I left the server. The track is from the moment after re-entered the server.

Our squad fights this all the time absolute pain in the butt. If it not the JBD stuck up, its none or just 1 of the catapults working.  Most of us have to do a cat 5 launch. Every once in a while it works with all 4 cats in operation but  rarely.

Just bumping this back up again would love to hear some feedback from ED.  At least the LSO board got fixed for super carrier stable

  • CVN-74 USS John C. Stennis No Number in LSO Display. This was really taking away from the immersion with the JBD's stuck up.😀

I see the tab shows investigating  We had it happen again last night during a squad mission night. During launch  Cat 2 and Cat 3 would not hook up jet no action from flight deck crew and JBD 2  stuck up .  Cat 1 and 4 were working this was on CVN 73.  Cvn 75 worked fine for the guys launching from it. I attached the miz file  Falklands if that helps any
