hi, one humble suggestion on how to make fpv drones and lancet loitering munition is to have an invisible plane carry them (so both sams and us will only see the munition) and when the invisible plane finds a target, the loitering munition starts its run like a common dcs weapon and the invisible plane will be deactivated/destroyed

Hey quick permission check!
I am developing BriefingRoom for DCS and we would like to add your units to the tool. We load the mods in DCS and then take configuration info in order to allow our tool to support the mods. This data is also made available (although not public) to others building similar tools eg DCS Web editor

Unfortunately, ED sucks at configuring half-decent operator tables so we have our own https://github.com/john681611/dcs-data-miner/blob/main/customDataSets/UnitOperatorsMods.json if you can provide this info it will save a bunch of googleing.


I'd love you to add your units to our tool if you would allow us.

@currenthill can you make a Mig-35 AI please. Has been reported the Mig-35 is getting involved in real combat as part of final test. also will be nice have the Mig-29MK AI variant as part of the Russian Navy.

Hi Currenthill,

I tried your M1A2 and I faced the problem, that it is placeable and visible in the Editor, but when the mission starts it is not there. I didn't use any triggers or late activations, plane mission only with the tank placed. Other assets from you do work as expected. Is there maybe an error?

Hi Currenthill ,I have the same problem ,at the same time ,the Type 055 -1.5.0 will make the DCS breakdown .my DCS is 2.8.7

I know that this may not be in the right forum, but I know a lot of Members of the DCS Community come to CH site. I'm looking for someone who is willing to share Iran or Japan liveries with me. I'm also willing to share the custom Iran liveries I have. I have Iran liveries for the Super Carrier, an amazing Mi-24P skin, E-3A, E-2A, Su-34, SH-60B, Mig-31, and a number of others. I'm also looking for someone who could create an Iran Livery (MOD) AH-1G. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sure, you're welcome to add my units to the tool. In regards to the configuration info, I will have to look into that.

Unfortunately not since I make my textures in SP. And also, since I'm a one-man-operation I don't really have the time to provide these kind of features.

As I mentioned a couple of days ago, the M1A2 works fine for me, together with my other assets. Send me your DCS log and I will take a look on what's going on.

It works for me. I think you should update to the latest Openbeta, to rule that out.

I fixed the US and Swedish infantry asset packs a couple of days ago. ED had changed the embark feature in 2.9. With my updated infantry packs it definitely work for me, tried embarking both helis and vehicles. I'm always on the latest OB version though.

I will shortly release version 1.1.0 of my Ka-52.

For the tech-savvy users I've included an easter egg. In the entry.lua you can choose between the Ka-52 with non-trainable cannon and workaround landing gear and a version that will replace your old Ka-50 (not BS3) but will have all the bells and whistles like the realistic landing gear action and the trainable cannon. Consider it an interim option until we get good news from ED in regards to helicopter configuration limitations.

Hi Current hill I love your work. Id just like to put in a suggestion for a new asset. I think it would be really cool if you could do a shore launched Exocet anti ship missile battery and even better yet possibly have an Exocet equipped AI Mirage F1/2000? This could allow for multiple different unique scenarios as the Exocet is used by many nations all around the globe and is probably one of the most iconic well known anti ship missiles out there. Serving in the Iran-Iraq war/tanker war and the Falkland's war.

I am absolutely baffled here.  I want the extended version but I don't know where to comment out.  Can somebody please confirm this is the correct action:

please note that in a future update changes to the hardcoded gun and gear animations of helicopters will be added. When this happens I will post examples.
