Try removing it to see if it changes things.

That mod is not texture mod. There is no conflict. If you've been keeping up to date with the mod, yes. If not, or if it's first time using this mod, Optimized Core, then both updates. 5-18-23 and 6-8-23. I'm doing it this way to save bandwidth. So I don't have to upload 15GB each time and everyone don't have to download 15GB each time. Windows temp, your browser temp (not cookies and passwords). If a download always fails at same point, it might be the unfinished download in your temp folder is corrupted.
