Same here, liked to NEVER got the patch to even load.

Server load? Are you running ONE server on a mousewheel or something?

A little annoyed that a server crash can prevent me from enjoying any SP missions or just simply fly around in any single module I've bought.

I was able (at last) to update and get Sinai, but error 504 prevented me from using it. However, disabling my internet at least allowed me to play offline with modules.

Yes, this is also something i really don´t get. especially if you have all the razbam modules.... miles would have been actually self explanatory.... and you can also not even use miles for new modules..... very unsatisfying. but it will probably get worse rather than better!

it is a troubling trend, and i dont know how common it will be in the future. what good will the program be in the future if you neither earn them from purchases, nor use them on a purchase you may have been saving them for?

It came up long enough to d/l the map but can't play it now because I can't log in again  502 . Guess we just have to wait.

the login issues and the update create an unusual circumstance for the auth, basically auth is saved for a version when we login, as the update has changed the version number and the login is having difficulties the saved auth isnt happening. 

We have asked the team to fix this for future updates.

AS of now, 2015 GMT on 08/06/23 I still can't get into either my Open Beta or my Stable version and I get the message

 

Failed to get authorization data. Error code is:
502
No saved authorization found.

man......its just so sad. whole day free from work, looking forward to play DCS with my buddies...

and servers offline for over 5 h now. how the hell is it wven possible to butcher the servers AGAIN with the f-15e mini-hotfix?

this is all an abysmal performance of the whole ED team and makes me really fear what will happen on a REALLY big update like an f-4 phantom or EF?!

or dynamic campaigns...

its a joke, that ED couples authentication to the possibilty to play the game offline even......

somewhere i saw that the servers will be back up in less than 2 weeks. it's already been 6 hours. Maybe we should have a website that tracks this and we can get a rebate on our next module?
