the controller doesnt have any twitches or uncommanded input in either roll on or roll off. I dont have an issue with any other helicopter either. Ill just try to reinstall this again and go with a fresh copy instead of overwriting the old one and see if that worked.

Could you remove your throttle axis and check if it still happens?

Yes it is. Just reinstalled it (the heli)  prior to testing this as well, tried it with 3 different axes too and got the same results. Throttling up to 100% gives me a fluctuating tach. Rolling it back a percentage or two straightens the animation out, so its only happening at the end of the axis. Yes, these were separate axes with the first one being removed so no conflict.

Please try without using an axis on throttle!

Simple Startup Kneeboard Checklist based on stock training mission. 

Option 1:  Put it as it is (png file, any name) in C:\Users\User\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Kneeboard\OH-6A
(Create the "OH-6A" folder first. This is where you place all custom kneeboard pages.)

Option 2:  You must rename it "Kneeboard1.png" if you put it in C:\Users\User\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Mods\aircraft\OH-6A\Kneeboard
(This will replace the default "Your Ad Could Be Here" kneeboard page. Do not place additional custom kneeboard pages here as they won't show up.)

Yes it is. No throttle axis, used pg up and pg down.  I can produce a video if you want, but this is at full throttle. Does the exact same thing with the throttle.

Around 80% the needles start fluctuating mildly just as N2 is starting to get into the green band. Matter of fact, Ill post a video using the keyboard specifically.  Give it a few. Its fairly large, so itll take a bit.

I started recording this while I was already started and troubleshot the first 5 minutes, this video is only 5 minutes of me testing for 15.

I'll try again you enable and disable the gov. That leads to that behaviour.

If throttle is full open gov is active if it is at 90% it is not but it is a lot of throttle for the helicopter standing on the ground. What do you expect if you toggle between this positions?

I have reread that. It is not the matter of proving anything. I thought it happens if you have throttle at 100%. But you don't have.

Attached is the Track

I flared and pulled Collective rapidly a few times during descend. There you can see, how the Aircraft yaws to the right. The Torque Needle doesnt move

Hard to say. I think it depends on speed and trustvector/flapping how much you need. At least the video shows that it needs at least some counter pedal

I bet those maneuvers got the balls tingling a little when you nosed over.  I can't wait to demonstrate my poor attempt at this over Anderson AFB when I get my new VR headset in.  The old Pimax I was using finally gave me her final salute over the weekend.  Now awaiting the new Crystal Light.  Appreciate the video.  Great stuff.

Wow! 1.4 is an excellent UG! Helo is so much less twitchy and feels more realistic in flight.

Now regarding main rotor disk droop and coning. Not really seeing that, and its in all helicopters except few 21'st century experimental helicopters/.

Can NS430 (non floating stand alone) be integrated into non-commercial mods. Kneeboard map is good enough.

Still with RWR, flare dispencer, and NVG, which are all in the mod, it is now in mid 1980's, early 1990's battlefield compatible.

Strictly day & night IFR bird only. Flight into IMC is trictly prohibited. Aviation is a self-cleaning oven.

Keep in mind. MD-500 is not OH-6A. MD-500 has stronger engine and 5 bladed main rotor. Some have 4 bladed torque rotor. So MD-500 flight characteristics are not same as OH-6A. Certainly not DCS: OH-6A.

Which version did you use before? 1.4 did not change FM very much if at all.

Do you have experience with a real MD-500?

I've been trying to use the Grease Marks update (https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3338365/) and/or use the OH-6A grease mark in general and can not see it. I have flipped the switch in the settings so that the mod will use it instead of the gun sight and, but I don't see anything in VR or pancake mode.

Has anyone had success with this?
