Also, that example you provided was not RAZBAM. It wasn't someone who worked for them; it was some random users in their Discord. Not sure why you're acting like those messages came from a RAZBAM_(name).

Also, blaming people that work for them that are in no way involved with the legal process of the solution is just funny and wrong.

No matter which party would say or write whatever (which they will not do for well-known reasons - it has been discussed here often enough why nothing can be said about it), the “community” would continue to speculate, accuse each other and throw any assumptions into the room and spread half-truths or untruths. It would change virtually nothing.

Gosh, I'm slightly flattered you have taken all that time to read my posts and you presumed I had nothing else to do 

Anyway, my screenshot example of Razbam's discord is, zambrano clearly does not care what people post despite being in litigation with ED, that is very unprofessional. Stop making up your own interpretations of what I post, it's rude to say the least. I think it's best we ignore each other now, you have had your go at me with somewhat derogatory intent, but I am sure you have other things to do now, but I wouldn't like to bet on it !

If read the first post, but it says nothing. Lots of words but really nothing, if everything is confidential as they say, have the legal team of ED publish a letter of why its like this, and close this speculation. And if you add an aprox timeline then people will know, and wait, at least some.

As a client being afected by all these issue we should be allowed to know at least some sort of timeline when this is going to be resolved even if its a wild guess, 5 years, 6 years, or maybe even more. Dont say its a firm date and it could changed, but at least know how much time aprox.

Cause if this is going to court they should have a aproximate time line. But we are normally just numbers and money so I dont expect nothing.

That isn't how any of this works.  You want them to essentially say "This is a confidential matter, but here is what we know..."  You have unrealistic expectations.

You seem to have a very strange take on how courts settle civil litigation over contract disputes.

ED haven't said they can't comment, but that they won't comment. It doesn't take any great feat of logical extension to realize that they won't comment on why they won't comment.

The closest thing to a letter from the legal team on why the situation is like this (from ED's perspective) we're going to get is the official ED comment in the OP.

Yeah, sure, the court is going to send bailiffs round to watch over the developers shoulders. No slacking! You've got two hours to correct the A/G radar side-lobe attenuation modelling before we throw your ass in jail!

That isn't how it works. Contract disputes are redressed through payments from the losing party to the winning party. Assuming there's anything left after the lawyers have their slice.

Не думаю, что кто-то давно на это надеялся. Глупо ожидать хорошего результата через год. Я не понимаю, почему ED ничего не делает и при этом кладет деньги от продаж модуля себе в карман. Возможно, я купил у них модуль во второй раз, потому что в первый раз мне пришлось возвращать деньги за покупку, но для этого они должны дать мне гарантию, что они закончат модуль за полгода. В возврате денег не сомневаюсь, первый раз мне вернули через несколько дней. Что касается самого модуля с постоянно качающейся головой пилота, то я попросил Чижа исправить этот недостаток, но он сказал, что без разрешения RAZBAM в его модуле ковыряться не будут.

That's the whole point, RAZBAM can put sticks in the wheels for as long as it takes, and ED doesn't really want to put pressure on him and force him to finish the module, the money from the sales of this shortfall flows into ED's pocket. By the way, RAZBAM has reduced the price of the module by 1500 rubles again, now it has become the same as it was in 2024 when I bought the F-15E for the first time. As far as I can see, it's easier to wait for the release of the F-35 from ED in 2026.

Sweet summer child! That's not how it works. You can never trust the "winning" party to ever spend a nickel on the child/children.

So what's preventing Razbam to just walk away after they have come to an agreement?

How? Razbam? It's sold through ED in the store or through Steam. And the Early Access price have never to my knowledge except for a few pricing  mishaps on Steam. 

Btw. Could you please change your text color to auto as black is hard for the eyes in Dark Mode.

It is sold both ways, and the money from the sales, of course, goes to ED. And they have early access all the time, my F-16 is still listed in early access. I do not know where the text color changes.

Of course it's sold both in the Store and on Steam. It has never been on sale, so Razbam has not changed the price ever, that's my point. (Apart from the preorder price). Yeah, the F-16 is in EA and has been on sale, because ED chooses so with their own modules. They can't do that with the Razbam modules, that's why they don't go on sale anymore. And obviously Razbam won't change the price for some of the same reasons. 

You change to color in the menu above the text field. For me it's an "A", then choose automatic.
