Yes, I had this too on the Sinai map in SP near Ramon Airbase. Sorry, I can't supply a short enough track. This is on 2D, TrackIR 5 (latest software) on NVIDIA 3060 12GB VRAM, 64GB RAM.
Cheers!

Without logs and sys info is impossible for ED to understand the cause of artifacts. If you're using the latest NV drivers try with DDU->install older drivers (552.44 are OK) and check for card overheating.

There are reports of artifacts with 560 series, that would be my first thing to check.

^^
Dont know but those artifacts in DCS started to appear after latest 1-2 updates of DCS.
In other games i didnt noticed any problems or perfomance drops. Whatever.
My collegues became those artifacts first and in my case it started 2 weeks later.
Before it was flawless and i dont use any mods or thigs which could affect DCS.
When this artifacts going to appear so i restart DCS and then its ok for a while.
But as we can see i am not alone with this problem.
So i dont see a reason to downgrade my drivers attm.

All look like graphics cards overclock artifacts to me.

Maybe lock your framerate at a sensible level...VR user so locked at 90 here.

Run a program like msi afterburner and manually adjust fans to 60% or so while gaming.

You're wrong.

Whole year DCS worked without this bugs.
My system runs at stock settings (no overclocking) and ive didnt changed anything so why i need to mess around now with my system?
Its not necessary coz its runs flawlessly.
Everything is at latest drivers and correct settings.
This is for sure not a problem on my side.

No temp issues or other unusual problems here.

I am not alone with this graphical bugs and as we can see lot of people starting to experience same bugs at same time.
So i dont believe that lot of DCS players started to getting temp issues or other hardware related problems at same time......

Seems mostly 4080 and 4090 are affected but it'll be hard to fix if no one sends tracks and logs.

No one knows that exactly.
RTX30xx are also in the pool.
If this is a driver problem?
Dont know. Ask Nvidia.

I'm running on a 3080, I remember couple of years ago there was a similar bug which was a specific asset causing it.  It is not related to any overheat as everyone I am playing with gets the bug eventually, playing on the contention server.

I managed to trigger the bug by doing a GBU bombing last night, it was fine when I started my bombing run, and when it detonated, the glitchy "road" appeared all over the base.

And as we have seen huuuuge craters standing up in the sky like skyscrapers on this server it could maybe be related to some impact craters in specific situations.

Attaching the video, and also the track replay, however, since contention is very scripted it does not open when I try to play it, but maybe someone from ED can dig further into it outside of DCS.

After the first time (above) I removed my three mods (A-4, Hercules & Blackhawk), undertook a Repair and deleted the Fxo and Metashader2 files. Last night when I was on the Syria map in the DCSNZA MP server all appeared to be graphically OK until landing at a FARP that Blue had turned neutral. Then on the external F2 view there was a huge black explosion-like artifact towards the north (screenshot attached). Going back into F1 view it was not visible at first but after swapping from F1 to F2 views it then was visible from the pilot's seat. Of note the "clouds" appear to be between the viewer (me) and the artifact. I have tested the same locations in SP but all is OK so it seems to be linked to the map when used in a MP server.

I hope ED can get to the bottom of this bug and put a fix in place.
